I WISH I had read other reviews here first. Terrible service from this company. They cancelled my British Isles cruise so they can make more money elsewhere. Not one word of apology then sent me an invoice charging ME for the cancellation. It's taken two mornings of discussion with one of their advisors to sort it out but apparently I have to wait between 30 and 45 days to receive my refund. Never book with this company - I certainly won't ever again.
