Setup my account and paid $4,000 for a 1 year subscription for my business. Sent out roughly 10,000 emails to our users regarding verifying their email on our platform and was banned for:We have detected suspicious activity in your transactional emails that does not comply with our Terms of Use and Anti-Spam policy. Therefore, we have suspended your Brevo account.We did nothing wrong, just regular old verification emails to our users. No refund either, $4,000 down the drain and no support from the platform.Literally any other option is better than Brevo.

Hopeless forecasting by the Met Office app on my phone brought me to this site. We have just been away for a week and went cycling one day with no rain forecast but we got soaked to the skin. This inaccuracy seems very regular in my experience so it was interesting to see that many share my view. It seems only a few years ago that the Met Office spent millions on a supercomputer that was going to improve performance??

Honestly, probably the biggest scam going. I was given a free trial in which I was able to do all I needed from the program. I was offered 3 months at a highly discounted offer and decided to use it in case I needed photoshop. Wasn't told or aware this would lock me into year subscription. Cancellation fee was £62 ish and I couldn't afford it. Had to borrow money off friends/family just to make sure it was paid so I didn't get a fine with threat of legal action. Luckily it was cancelled with no fee HOWEVER I am now down almost £100 in monthly feesWouldn't suggest to anyone to use this company, easily snared into a contract without your knowledge or consent.

My initial forays into Kickstarter were good and I ended up with some innovative products I get a lot of use from. More recently it feels like Kickstarter has become a scammers' charter. I (along with 400 others) invested $AUS 35000 in a bike product which has been a success.....is now commercially available....but has not been supplied to any of its backers. No-one (certainly not Kickstarter) seems to give a **** about holding these people to account. It now feels like too big a risk and I will not be using again.

I had a terrible experience with AAA. The first time, they left me on the side of the road for three hours in the rain. Then, today, it happened again! I was stranded in the parking lot at Showmars restaurant; my battery was dead, and I was stranded in the heat. When I called AAA, they said they would send help in two hours. I canceled the request and called my husband for help instead. When I asked AAA for a refund on my membership, they refused and apologized, which didn't solve my problem. I've been a member since 2011 and have rarely called for assistance, and when I did, they never came through for me. I'm very disappointed, and now I realize they have bad reviews. I wish I had read the reviews before renewing my membership. 😳

Good luck getting any refund. They asked over 50 questions and still haven't refunded my money. DropBox charged me multiple times AFTER I canceled my membership and they will drive you crazy by asking the same question over and over. Then they'll pass you to another "expert" who will ask you those same questions over and over until you give up. Such a scam.

Absolutely dreadful service, I rang to renew my subscription I was put through to customer services and I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone 40 mins later…. Used to be such a good company. I am a host and used to get nice bookings from vbro - this year we have not had one booking, I rang to renew subscription and “sales” wouldn’t speak to me- ‘you need to speak to customer services’Postscript : I waiting on the telephone for x 2 hours, no one answered the telephone... I tried another couple of times to no avail. I really hope this company sorts itself out, they used to be so good.

Customer service, what customer service. My mum had bought me a charm for Christmas but I already had it, so just wanted to swop for a different one not get a refund. I didn’t realise I only had until the 16th Jan to bring it in, came in on the 17th Jan seriously…. I thought I had 28days. Jobsworth manager could of done it at her discretion as the staff had to ask.
