Absolutely dreadful service, I rang to renew my subscription I was put through to customer services and I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone 40 mins later…. Used to be such a good company. I am a host and used to get nice bookings from vbro - this year we have not had one booking, I rang to renew subscription and “sales” wouldn’t speak to me- ‘you need to speak to customer services’Postscript : I waiting on the telephone for x 2 hours, no one answered the telephone... I tried another couple of times to no avail. I really hope this company sorts itself out, they used to be so good.
