used Klarna twice for shopping, both times it clearly showed cashback would be given. Now they’re telling me there’s no cashback from the merchant and I need to contact the merchant myself. Why should I have to chase the merchant when Klarna showed the cashback offer?The same thing happened the last time I shopped through Klarna – at first they gave excuses, but after I pushed and explained, they finally agreed to give me the cashback. Now it's happening again.This time, the chat agent is saying I didn’t shop through the app (which I 100% did), and when I called, they claimed I’m not eligible for cashback. Very frustrating and disappointing – feels like they don’t want to honor their offers unless you fight for it.Location : Sweden
