**Update 13/12/2022 - They refunded me after the complaint**They charge you for the domain 1 month in advance without a plausible reason. When asked the reason their response was: "This is to avoid any disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name". WHY would that happen in the first place? If one is paying for this service, the maintenance of the service should be the responsibility of their technical team not a disservice to the user. If you're not able to provide a basic service, DO NOT make people pay for it. After this, I was irritated but I let it go. Nonetheless, for personal reasons, I decided I didn't want to continue blogging so I wrote them back, (BEFORE the expiration date of the current and ongoing domain and annual plan - all paid) asking for a refund. They said NO because the refund eligibility period for renewals is 96 hours. So basically, they create the rules only to fit them and not the users. They charge you one month prior and they will refuse to give the money back even if you decide to stop before the expiration date, BEFORE even using the service. I am deleting everything I have with them. NO FLEXIBILITY, NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE USERS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN. AVOID.
