HORRIBLE SERVICE. First I got double-charged for Premium account then when my bank refunded one of them, LastPass bumped me down to free account, despite the fact that I'd paid for a year of Premium. I tried for MONTHS to get help but their customer services is so so awful. There is no phone, chat, or email option you can only "open a case". I repeatedly opened a case, described my issue, and my case kept getting closed without any explanation. I kept trying to reopen the case and never got help. Oh and then when I tried to export my data it didn't work. I'M DONE WITH LASTPASS. RUN AWAY.
