Service is great when it works, but customer service is a total joke. I understand we are in a national crisis and I am fine waiting, but their awful chat system loses connection and restarts you in the line, so I get up to 81 in the queue and drop back to 546!!! Horrible, tech company should be a little more cognizant of their tech.
Review of notion
I really loved using Notion in the past. But now they want to charge me the double amount for an extra seat that I never booked nor confirmed. Customer support seems to stubbornly insist on whatever policies, that they can not take out the incorrectly billed seat. Obviously they prefer losing a former happy client for a ridiculous extra profit of 120 bucks. Very disappointing business practice though... I am out! Do not recommend!!

I've ordered a mobile phone, it was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days. 2,5 weeks later and not only haven't I received anything but the UPS tracking number status is the same for 2 weeks ('label created'). I asked for a refund without success so far, they are telling me that I have to receive the mobile and then send it back for a refund! A disgrace as they can't even tell me WHEN i will receive it! I haven't experienced such bad customer service in years!As other mentioned below, Lenovo's customer service is non existent. They keep replying the same things over and over again without trying to really solve your problem. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering..

Compré un artículo el 13 de julio, se cargó un doble pago a mi cuenta porque mi tarjeta tiene varias divisas, me cobraron £ 49.08 y otro de 56.74 euros por el mismo artículo. Desde ese día vengo reclamando la devolución de uno de los pagos a Amazon, cada vez que me comunico con el servicio de atención al cliente nadie me resuelve el problema y pasan el caso a otro departamento que debe contactarme por correo electrónico en 48 horas y nadie contacta, entonces tengo que contactar cada semana ya por cuarta vez, y nadie resuelve el problema ni pretende resolverlo, por lo que imagino que tendré que continuar. Es inaceptable que Amazon haga un doble cargo y no devuelva uno de los pagos, y la pésima atención.I bought an article on July 13, a double payment was charged to my account because my card has several currencies, I was charged £ 49.08 and another of 56.74 euros for the same article. My rating is mixed. The Woodland Ca store has an employee that should be fired. He loaded rubber mats wrong in my truck and tried to jam my tailgate closed with the mat hanging out. He popped my tailgate out and scratched paint in my 2019 truck. Then when I said stop your wrecking my truck he stands on the bed and screams I am a liar. I yell for the manager , Desi , I think her name was, and she apologizes and said he would be reprimanded as this was not his first time I go back to the store after a few months because of my anger and the cost for me at the dealer and guess who is there to treat me rude....JOE. As I start to leave a young man named John comes walking by and asks to help me. I explain my hesitation in staying at the store any longer. I end up getting excellent service, he apologized for the idiot Joe and tells me to ask for him or pre order and he will help me for any thing I need in the future, just to mention his name and he works in the back. Whats wrong with this store to keep an emploee that gives them a bad name and hide an excellent employee in the back.. john should get 5 stars, but Desi and JOE should be fired. Wake up Tractor Supply.
