I've ordered a mobile phone, it was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days. 2,5 weeks later and not only haven't I received anything but the UPS tracking number status is the same for 2 weeks ('label created'). I asked for a refund without success so far, they are telling me that I have to receive the mobile and then send it back for a refund! A disgrace as they can't even tell me WHEN i will receive it! I haven't experienced such bad customer service in years!As other mentioned below, Lenovo's customer service is non existent. They keep replying the same things over and over again without trying to really solve your problem. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering..
