Packaged said it was delivered to Mailroom, I am a single house not in units or building complex, no photo for delivery no tracking details, when I rang Amazon they said they will try and find my missing package… Haven’t heard anything since and have since deleted my account with them, absolutely useless and feel ripped off!

Review of mercari
I made a purchase in November and was advised the item was delivered to my front porch in early December. Well, no one delivered anything to our front porch and we have cameras proving such. Additionally, postal clerk and postal records proved item was delivered to a different address, yet Mercari does nothing, making buyers pay for item even though it was delivered to the wrong address.Beware. I will never use Mercari again and every buyer should be cautious!

Forgot about my account for two years as the emails went to spam. Charged my card and I called two days later but will under no circumstances issue a refund. Their business plan revolves around people not cancelling their subscription.
Review of Etsy
Full of scammers and fake reviews. There is a lot of up selling, and coercion. If you pay through PayPal you won't see your money ever again. They will give you something free if you give a five star review and then lock it in. No way of knowing if the company is legit because the reviews are all fake and they have even taken away any ability to communicate with other buyers.
Review of Etsy
Been selling on Etsy for a number of years and it seems like they’re well and truly far behind all the other seller platforms. Etsy needs a revamp with the way it does things. It’s very dated. The fees are extortionate, there’s a listing fee, sales tax, the selling fee and they also have an extortionate advertising fee, which they don’t make clear enough. I sold an item for £90 + with postage and I’ve only received £59 from the total sale. I also sold something for £400 plus and only received £260 ish. Etsy should make it an option for the seller to opt out of the advertisement fee as it’s extorting sellers that make your platform what it is. Once again very disappointed.

Shocking company! Bought an expensive pair of shoes, received them damaged and worn, sent back but only received partial refund. Spent over 2 hours on their online chat to speak with agents that keep sending the same auto rely to me, one even fobbed me off by saying I need to relog in! Stay away from them, what a horrible company and experience!

Review of hotels
I booked a room for my in-laws through hotels.com. The first night, the hotel charged my in-laws even though I had already paid for the room, and the second night (return trip) they charged me for a room type and amenities that did not exist, and now they are trying to make that my problem. As recently as this morning, the hotels.com site is still offering a "free breakfast buffet" as an upgrade for a hotel that does not and has never offered breakfast, and the charges on my credit card are $20 higher than the invoice my in-laws received for the hotel. They refuse to acknowledge any error. NEVER USE THIS SITE.
Review of asana
Had a user 10 years ago and didn’t find asana useful for my use case. Got asana recommended and wanted to evaluate the system again. Asked the chatbot for a trial, but since it was out of office hours, I got prompted to enter my email address, so that someone could contact me. No one ever contacted me.I used the chatbot again, but this time within office hours. Was asked about my email and name and the bot found me a human to talk to. I stated my wish for trial and was asked to tell the company representative my name (again). Referred to the answer I had already given and was then asked questions, unrelated to my wish for a trial, about how many was in my company and how many was expected to use their product. I stated that it was for personal use, but the questions kept coming. Stopped the conversation and ended up wasting my time.Edit: Just received a follow up email, that can be summed up “Hi, we lost you, how can we help your business”, although I told them it would have been for personal use.Based on the reviews here, it seems the energy should be channeled into helping existing customers, and not bother new customers that told them they weren’t interested anyway, due to their extensive questioning.Asana: Help your existing and future customers swiftly with their needs when they contact you, and stop wasting potential new customers time with sales questions that don’t benefit them. You lost a potential customer, that could have recommended your product to “a bigger fish”.
