Booking.com double booked my accommodation in London. We were left to find alternative accommodation, which was almost impossible as we were in town for Beyonce and all surrounding accommodation was full. We received a full refund however, they did not accept responsibility or help us book somewhere else. I will not be using booking.com again.

AT&T is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, if you want to waste hours of your time every week then sign up with them. I had 16 business phone lines with them for years, got an email we were due for a FREE upgrade...HAHAHAHA. I guess their version of free is different than the rest of the worlds, even after asking several times over the course of the call if it was going to affect my bill at all. I was told countless times it would not change my bill a penny...HAHAHAHHA, the next bill came 30 days later, and it went up triple! Go ahead and try to return the phones and get your money back LOL, you cant return them after 30 days! This company should be sued and out of business, complete joke!

£140 Adidas boots, less tha 2 years old & as new, with their own lock lace system. Specific to Adidas & lace replacement kit advertised on Adidas website. I have broken a lace so require a replacement. Adidas no longer make their own replacement kit & nobody on the internet have them. My £140 boots are no longer wearable. Asked they provide me with Customer Complaints Procedures 4 times & they refused. Adidas customer care is non existent 🤢🤢🤢

Open Table seems to think they control your relationship with restaurants by bullying and intimidation. Making a reservation thru them has always been combersome as they add no value to the process. I research my own restaurants before I book. Yet some restaurants seem to overly depend on them. Today I spent 30 minutes jumping through hoops multiple times to verify who I am (I have had an account for more than 5 years). (They are worse than my bank-for no reason.) By the end of it, they'd managed to alter my reservation to 2 days earlier than the original request and then because I didn't realize I had a different reservation, (because I was so worn out "barking like a dog and standing on one foot" for them), I was labeled "a no show" and I was asked to explain myself. Or else! Seriously? Who are they? Are they going to "punish me?" Yes, they promise to black ball me with that restaurant and others. There are always restaurants to eat at. I don't need them.

I made the mistake of buying a flip phone from Nokia which I decided to return straight away, it was a horrid cheap thing. This was 5 weeks ago and I have been trying to trigger the return process since then. Countless live chats with polite people with promises of escalation to return but they all have no intention of ever allowing me to return this phone for a refund. Its just plain theift and villainy. I curse the day I ever looked at this phone. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I paid for this. Just got it for watching UFC...shows the same commercial over and over. It must have been 60 times in the course of the show....NOT KIDDING. Streaming quality is terrible. Buffers constantly, I missed one whole match while the buffering circle spins. The people pirating these broadcasts on line are getting much better quality than the paying customers. Other streaming services work fine on my TV or computer except Disney which I have since canceled. Is this using the same junk servers??Total rip off. Save your money.

I only give it one star because it is necessary to fill in the field, even leaving it blank would be generous considering how terrible they are. The title of worst customer service falls short compared to the uselessness they profess. I have a problem with my account which only an agent can solve and it is impossible to contact them since chat, call or email are all bots that do not offer any option to contact a company agent. I would never recommend the Venmo app to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

BEWARE!!DO NOT USE THAT SITE! I traded through the site and it is the most restrictive, stressful and nightmare site I have ever used. They lock up your money and it’s extremely hard to get the money back out. It had put me in an extremely difficult position. No warning on fees and taxes which have to be paid before withdrawal. I had to pay $677,000 in taxes which I had to somehow come up with and now I have been messaging them for two days to get an answer if my funds were finally released. They are thieves and liars. Customer no-service do not know their own rules and it seems that they make them up as they go. DO NOT GET INVOLVED! Save yourself the stress and invest through a different site.
