I only give it one star because it is necessary to fill in the field, even leaving it blank would be generous considering how terrible they are. The title of worst customer service falls short compared to the uselessness they profess. I have a problem with my account which only an agent can solve and it is impossible to contact them since chat, call or email are all bots that do not offer any option to contact a company agent. I would never recommend the Venmo app to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
