Ordered a pair of shoes on a Monday when they arrived on Wednesday their were two different sizes in the box. I promptly called DSW and alerted them to the problem. They assured me new shoes would be 2nd day shipped to me and to return the incorrect pair. I returned the pair and on Friday I called to check on my replacement order. I was assured that the shoes were on their way. Friday night I received an email that my order was cancelled. Monday morning I called to find out what happened. The customer service agent apologized and told me a new pair of shoes would be shipped out for next day delivery. On Tuesday, I checked on the order to find out that the shoes will be shipped next day whenever they get around to actually shipping them. I suppose I am use to AMAZON, where next day means next day. I should have bought the shoes from them. Hopefully my shoes will deliver by the end of the year.
