I purchased the HP Envy x360 15-fe0020na in August 2024 directly from HP for £750, expecting a reliable device for my son's college work. After just six months, it stopped working properly—the bottom gets extremely hot, and the screen turns black. I sent it to HP for repair, but instead of fixing it, they blamed me, claiming "accidental damage or misuse" without any proof.This laptop has never been dropped or mishandled—it was only used for studying, no gaming or heavy usage. There is no physical damage, and HP hasn’t even indicated any. Since getting it back, I’ve called their customer service four times, but they give no explanation for the refusal to repair. Every time, they promise a call back, yet I never hear from them.I am beyond frustrated. I spent £750 on a laptop that lasted only six months, and HP refuses to take responsibility. Terrible product, even worse customer service. Avoid HP at all costs!
