USE RESY INSTEAD

I've been using your platform for a while and keep wondering how I'm so close to 10,000 points, but never seem to get there. I just checked my past reservations and I see they have deducted points away from my account on 3 occasions. There is no way to get in touch with anyone and their bot is useless.THIS is yet another reason Resy is beating their asses in the restaurant reservation war. Resy is more friendly to customers and they charge the restaurant less. OpenTable LOSES.

HP refuses to correct shipping address

I need help, and no one at Hewlett Packard will help me. I ordered a desktop--H361316211--on November 18, 2024, at 10:55 PST. I know the exact time because I downloaded the transcript--conversation 8536564.That desktop is going to the wrong address and my name is not the customer name, which plays an important part. I contacted support multiple times on Nov 18th, the first time as soon as I got the receipt and saw the mistake. Each time I had to explain that I was not (customer name on receipt), that I was ordering FOR (customer name on receipt) and that I was the customer. On that first phone call, I suggested that we cancel the order, and I would reorder because I wanted the computer. I was told HP didn't need to do that and the CS rep would fix it. He was unable to fix it. I was then transferred multiple times, and given different phone numbers to call. Each time I spoke with a human, I said to cancel the order, and I'd reorder because I wanted the computer for my 86-year-old stepfather who is in an assisted living care center. I now have three different receipts showing different wrong addresses, and a shipping notification showing the wrong address. During the last attempt to correct the shipping address, I once again said to cancel the order, and I'd reorder, because I wanted the computer. I was told no, because the hour time-frame given to cancel new orders was up. HP reps kept me on the phone for more than 90 mins, refused to let me cancel and reorder, and never fixed the shipping address. This last CS rep told me that she was reaching out to a manager and someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. No one contacted me.I even reached out to FedEx and was told they couldn't help me because only the shipper can fix the address.I was left with no recourse but to dispute the purchase with my credit card under fraud. This is a clear case of fraud because HP has been told repeatedly the shipping address is wrong and refuses to fix it. During the chat ordering, I gave the rep the correct address and asked multiple times if the computer could be delivered because it was going to a retirement center. I even double-checked the address before agreeing to order.I have three email receipts with three wrong shipping addresses. I can go on HP.com to see the shipping info, it's still wrong along with the customer name. I'm now watching the tracking for the shipping going to the wrong address. It's supposed to be delivered today. To an address that doesn't exist in rural (city,) NV. Let me be clear here, I would have NEVER ordered from HPE had I known the nightmare of ignorance and unprofessionalism that would follow. How hard is it to correct a shipping address? Whatever program HP is running in a foreign call center is a failure. All I want now is to cancel this computer order and order a computer for my step-father from another company, and no one at HP will help me.I am thoroughly disgusted with HP.

Review of economist

I have been disappointed in the…

I have been disappointed in the constant criticism of our president. As a 2 time President Obama voter,I could not vote for Trump. However, careful viewing of his goals and ideas has changed my mind.As a psychiatrist,I am used to hearing stories about people and when I hear only negatives from one side of the aisle I know something is up.I am disappointed that the Economist makes no bones about how awful it feels Trump is and belittles millions of Americans who support him.I have no problem if the Economist hates his guts, but even when he has done positive things,I see no attempt to be balanced in the Economist's coverage of him. That disappoints me because that is why I subscribe so I can get a balanced report on world affairs.

Nice house (duplex) clean

Nice house (duplex) clean, nice neighborhood This will be somewhat of a different review. Overall the house (duplex) is very clean and nicely decorated. Close to downtown and great restaurants. The outdoor area is very nice. Screened pool with hot tub and outdoor shower. Also a nice dining area on the patio. Owner Roy was very responsive during our stay. Any questions were answered promptly. During our stay a cold front moved through the area making swimming in the pool only for the very hardy. We spent almost all of our time in the hot tub. The outdoor lights are really cool and it was very relaxing. The problem? On the last day of our stay I woke up feeling horrible. Thought I might have caught the flu. Fortunately the airport is only 10 minutes away. Flew home and my symptoms were getting worse by the hour. Tried for the next week to loose the flu bug to no avail. Ended up in the emergency room and after a battery of test admitted to intensive care. I was diagnosed with Legionnaire’s Disease. Had a very severe case of pneumonia. Spent 6days in hospital, 4 in intensive care. Doctors kept asking where we were and what we did. Turns out the Legionella bacteria loves hot tubs and will thrive if not properly drained and cleaned. My hospital bill was $36,000. My out of pocket is $6000.After diagnosis, I immediately let the owner know so steps could be taken to insure others safety. Never heard a word back. Contacted VRBO explained everything and was basically told thanks for letting us know.We will not be using VRBO again and I have contacted an attorney who specializes in this type of litigation. Sad it’s come to this.

Review of twilio

Twilio completely sucks

Twilio completely sucks. I need to get a number to link with a 3rd part app that we will use to keep in touch with customers on the progress of their transaction. Seems easy, right? Nope. Can't even get a number to properly register. The website UI is disgusting and massively confusing. There's no customer service number, it's all over email and they provide zero help. I wouldn't bother even attempting to use them.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3k worth of furniture, items were missing from delivery. Called and arranged for the missing items to be delivered. Day of delivery - nothing. I called - no delivery scheduled. Another person scheduled missing items to be delivered few days later. Again, waiting for delivery amd nothing. Called again to be told someone made a mistake again and there is no delivery coming. Lost my patience at this point. Yet again, they scheduled. This time delivered missing items but also items i did mot want or need so now arranging a pick up. Disappointed and angry

Rusty patio set

I’ve recently ordered indoor lighting and a patio set from this company. It is impossible to speak to someone if you have a problem. My patio set is creating rust all over my concrete patio and I cannot get in touch with anyone to discuss. Returns must be made within a short window, so if you buy a seasonal item or a light fixture and don’t install it quickly, you are out of luck. I will not be ordering from Wayfair anymore. The big box stores have the same products online and returns are so easy. Buyer beware.

I even asked if the price matched and was told no....Walmart has the same exact one for less....Wayfair won't price match it....I told them that's ashame...they lost business....plus I won't order from them again....

One Star for being shady

Well, I hate to do this but...One star!Their products are fine, and shipping was fast. However, they deleted my account saying I violated a copyright. OK, that's bad. I have no problem with that being bad. But, they wouldn't tell me what copyright was violated. I filled out their dispute form several times, and nobody ever got back to me. I explained that since my account was deleted, I had no way to know which design they thought was a copyright violation. This is poor communication! On top of that, now it appears as though they are not going to pay me for the products that DID sell! So, let me get this straight... You delete my account, won't tell me what the problem is, keep the money that you owe me, and then send me these cheery emails asking me to rate your company?Super shady! It's too bad, we could have made some good money together. Oh, well. Luckily, there are a dozen other services that do the same thing!ONE STAR!

Got suspended from Facebook for no reason. The rules say no scamming but facebook is full of scams. I never said or done anything to get suspended. They should suspend the mostly naked women. Get tired of seeing it. Facebook has really gone downhill. No great loss. They should tell you why you got suspended

Use an app to check out?

It must have been a young tekkie that came up with having to take your phone into the store in order to check out your $5 purchase. I used to scan my keytag with a barcode, scan my purchase and I was gone! Now it takes an extra 3-5 minutes to open the app, find the right page with the barcode, scan the barcode 4-5 times before it works, then scan my purchase.
