Overcharged for 'Transaction fee' on EACH ticket!

Easy enough website to use but i find it ridiculous that they charge you for a 'transaction fee' but this applies to each ticket you order with them. A transaction fee should apply to one order not one ticket - its just another way to make money but its actually wrong!!Such a shame that we have to book through Eventbrite for these good events because the organisers use them, otherwise i wouldn't use them if i had the choice.

My experience with Deezer is simply the best because of one main thing. It's really user friendly. Also it supports my region, unlike "most" other music streaming services.

Total Disappointment: My Experience with AT&T Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with AT&T's customer service, particularly regarding their billing department. On April 9th, I paid off my five mobile devices to unlock them, and when I called on May 1st to request a receipt for my payments, I encountered nothing but frustration. The first representative I spoke to, Gerardo, seemed unable to understand my request. Instead of providing me with the receipt for my payments, he sent me the original purchase receipts from 2022. I explained that I had already paid over $1,000 and that I had the right to receive a receipt for that payment. Gerardo insisted that I needed to wait for the monthly billing statement, which made no sense since I had already settled my account. After insisting on speaking with a supervisor, I was connected to Alexandra, who struggled to even spell her name correctly. I had to start recording the conversation because she refused to send me the necessary documents, claiming she could only dictate the information over the phone or that I should visit a store. When I mentioned my attention deficit disorder and requested her to dictate slowly, she continued to speak quickly and dismissively. Finally, after an exhausting hour and a half, I spoke with a manager named Bryan. He explained that they could only send the information via text message or that I should go to a store, which baffled me. If they have the same system in-store, why couldn't they send me the receipt directly? Bryan had no answer. This experience has left me feeling that my consumer rights have been violated. According to Florida consumer law, customers have the right to receive specific payment receipts upon request. AT&T's refusal to provide me with this information is not only frustrating but also potentially illegal. I urge others to think twice before choosing AT&T as their service provider, as their customer service is severely lacking and their billing department is unhelpful and unresponsive.

Amazon North-East

Amazon north-east never keep to their initial time scale for delivery and they never read the delivery notes. I understand that they are on a time crunch but take that up with Amazon logistics and do not take it out on the customer that's waiting.

Review of Figma

Customer service is clearly not their priority anymore

I wanted to share a recent experience that our team had with Figma in order to warn other teams of their inflexible billing practices and how little they care about customer loyalty. There have been several scenarios over the past few years that has led me to agree strongly with the other people who have have questioned their shady billing practices. I expect to be looking for a replacement for Figma for our team over the coming months. Here's a copy of my recent email to their support team, which received no response:---Dear Figma Team,I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent interactions I’ve had with your team about our annual subscription renewal. After noticing an overdue invoice on October 17th, I immediately reached out to discuss our options. Given that our organization recently went through a round of layoffs, we no longer require several licenses, making a full renewal both unnecessary and fiscally unwise.Despite my proactive outreach, I was informed during our scheduled call on October 28th that it was “literally impossible” to make any adjustments to our account at this stage. Frankly, this response is unacceptable. It is common practice for companies to handle account adjustments—particularly in situations like ours, where circumstances have changed significantly. To assert otherwise and to deny any flexibility is both dismissive and insulting to my intelligence and my experience managing design teams and vendor accounts. To add to the frustration, the account executive not only had the wrong company name but also did not have accurate renewal dates at hand, which suggests a lack of basic preparedness. When I brought these mistakes to her attention, she did not acknowledge them or offer any apology, instead brushing them off and moving forward with her response. This unprofessional handling of our account made it clear that there was little commitment to addressing our needs or treating our business with respect. As a result of Figma’s decision, our bill is effectively double what it should be, leaving us financially responsible for unused licenses that we simply don’t need. Figma’s choice to capitalize on its market dominance to maintain rigid billing practices amid a widespread industry downturn deeply undermines the trust many of us have placed in your tool for years. I have long championed Figma in the design community, bringing many teams and clients to your platform. However, if this approach reflects Figma’s current treatment of customers, I cannot continue recommending your services.Given the current circumstances, I plan to shift to a monthly billing model while I explore alternatives for the teams I manage. I will also be sharing my experience publicly to inform other design leaders about Figma’s increasingly inflexible business practices, which seem to reflect a concerning shift in the culture you’re modeling as a company. I believe it is only fair to caution others who, like me, prioritize tools that are responsive to their clients’ needs.I hope this feedback encourages Figma to reconsider how it values customer loyalty and service.

Review of domestika

They stole 200$ from me

I bough 3 courses on domestika, and for some reason they put me on their subscribtion plus free trial. And after 7 days of trial they charged me 200$. Which i understand can happen, but i immediatelly went on to ask for a refund. They never replied, they ignored my messages. Note: i come from a third world country with an average wage of 300$ per month so that 200$ made a big impact regarding rent and everything. I never even opened up the courses, just so I don't give them a reason for not refunding me my money. They feel like a big scam. They don't care about their users. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Poor service stranded in the dark

I had a tire blow out and I contacted Triple A right away 10pm. I was told that the call was dispatched and someone would call me regarding an ETA. The next day I still haven’t received a call. I contacted Triple A multiple times throughout the night letting them know I was stranded and they said someone should’ve been out already. Called again 5am and was told the truck will be out in 3 hours. Called after 3 hours truck was 20 min away. Still no tow truck! When I click the link it says thanks for choosing us and no longer shows my call in Que. Stranded for hours and everytime you call it’s another excuse. Three years in a row service is still not consistent. The communication is poor and they don’t have your best interest. I am highly disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving from triple A

Horrible Oven

Horrible OvenI just called samsung and spoke to your rep Christin. she told me she can not doing anything about it since the item is not broken. correct the oven is not broken. but it is a horrible oven. theres no problem with the fan. it just makes a crazy loud noise and i'll wear earplugs for that, but the heat it releases is unbearable. so samsung is trying to make themselves all nice and respond to my review i should call customer service because they want to help. but they dont want to help. and they are not doing anything. they should take back my ovens and give me a refund. horrible oven. i bought ovens, not heaters to warm my body.

I'm pleased with about all of the Kroger products I buy such as their hotdog buns, facial tissue and toilet paper but I was disappointed with the Kroger Brand salted roasted peanuts in a shell. Upon opening the shell many were small, discolored, crumbled and old tasting. I wanted to return them but that seemed like it'd be embarrassing, petty and a hassle. Plus the bag ripped very easily and made a mess.

Review of dropbox

Don´t use dropbox!!!

I am switching cloud data storage and backup providers and decided to use Dropbox because of their support for windows, mac and linux, which I use actively. First, as usual, the sales process to get you to sign in, get your credit cards and get to install is super easy and smooth and you even get to chat with a real person. This eventually does not happen after that. Second, the linux version eventually does not support a critical feature, backups, which all other platforms support, but you don´t know until you actually wonder where that tab is in the app and why it is lacking ... Third, given that I cannot use it on linux, I cannot use Dropbox at all, but it is now impossible to cancel the subscription, delete the account and remove my credit card and other info... I manage to find a privacy email where, I have sent a GPRD request to remove all my data from their site and delete my account for which I have a ticket number but no real means to contact them. Really frustrating and horrendous experience!
