I have always trusted Apple for its quality products, but after my recent experience with their customer service, I’m beyond disappointed. Over the course of multiple interactions, I was kept on hold and in chat sessions for over 2 hours each time, only to be misled and left without a solution.Apple representatives repeatedly assured me that I could pay for my AppleCare+ plan through my mobile carrier bill. Based on their advice, I went through the hassle of visiting my carrier, spent time and money, only to discover that the payment didn’t go through. I called Apple again, wasted another 2 hours, and was again misinformed.Finally, on yet another call, I was told that this method of payment isn’t even possible—contradicting everything I had been told before. To make things worse, Apple changed my AppleCare+ agreement from the U.S. to Austria without my consent, and now refuses to reverse it. Because of that, I’m at risk of losing my AppleCare+ coverage entirely, despite doing everything they instructed.The level of misinformation, wasted time, and refusal to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. Apple promotes itself as a premium brand, but this is not how premium customers should be treated. I expected better.

I received an email suggesting a security concern on a booking I made. Naturally this made me very worried so I contacted the host and received no reply so I contacted customer service via the live chat facility. How rude and unhelpful they were. Seemed to have no concern for my predicament at all, were extremely slow in replying, very rude/curt replies and didn’t really answer my question. Terrible experience I would not like to repeat!

My husband booked HONEYMOON cruise for Adventure of the Seas. We got to Fort Lauderdale Airport and we're diverted to Saint Petersburg due to a bomb threat. We finally flew back to Ft Lauderdale and the ship had sailed. We called to explain our situation and their attitude is "too bad. You're not getting any sort of refund." Very unprofessional and will NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

DO NOT waste your time or money with Mercari! They have changed a lot - and not for the better! They've added additional fees that the buyer has to pay - along with increasing their fees for sellers. But more importantly, they are incompetent and shady! Someone sold me a pair of shoes and the listing shows the brand is "Airwalk" but these are NOT EVEN FAKE AIRWALKS! These simply are not Airwalks of any description. They do say "Air" on the side of them but they don't even pretend to be Airwalks. The seller was wrong when they stated "Airwalk" is the brand. Mercari will not refund my money unless Airwalk types up a letter on their letterhead saying that these are not Airwalk shoes. ANYONE can see that these are not Airwalk shoes! I sent Mercari the listings for these shoes on Amazon and Temu and they still say they need "proof" that these are not Airwalks! I've been a Mercari user for years but I will remove all my listings, delete my account and NEVER use Mercari to buy or sell again!

I am in South Africa and after months of thorough research; I bought my very first video camera, a GoPro Hero12 plus accessories. But before I made the purchase, I went on a live chat with GoPro in the USA. They were extremely friendly and helpful. So, on 31st Oct 2023 I ordered 12 items from GoPro in the USA, and ONLY TWO DAYS LATER, on 2nd Nov 2023, I received everything in South Africa. WOW!! Everything was well packed, nothing was missing, everything was just perfect. I can't be more happy. Thank you GoPro. It was a wonderful experience. This is the beginning of a lifetime relationship with GoPro. We also tested out the camera and all was good. No complaints whatsoever. An excellent company to do business with. Excellent products.

Stay well clear, they tie you into a long contract and will not let you go without paying unto 4 years. we have had a terrible time with their terminals, they look good but are very unreliable, we have had 4 in the past year. Also it takes about 4 days to get a replacement. We lost so much money each time as we could not accept any card payments. We had no choice to move to another company but now they will not let us go without paying a huge some of money. These guys are to avoided at all costs.

Kayak.com practices perverse financial fraud!Kayak.com displays airline tickets with checked-in baggage. I even have screenshots of this as documentation.But after the tickets were purchased, the ordered 2 x checked-in luggage did not appear. When contacting Kayak's service (this must be done with each message via Kayak's creation of a new service subject on kayak.com. And every time you get to write with someone named John...) I was asked if I had photo documentation that Kayak had found tickets where the total price included checked-in luggage.When I provided the requested ticket documentation, I was simply told that even though Kayak's system says that checked-in baggage is included, you have to check it yourself when booking the ticket. But if you have to check that it is not included, as Kayak claimed from the beginning, then it is false marketing, since Kayak appears at the same price as their competitors in the initial search!The end result is now that I have been tricked into buying 3 tickets, but then also have to buy checked-in luggage on the side, even though it was clearly included in my comparison basis from the beginning.This is the worst experience regarding a company selling tickets! I highly recommend NOT to do business anywhere near Kayak EVER.Kayak = cheating & fraud !!!!
