I’ve been coming to Guitar Center for many many years and have bought a lot of different equipment in terms of drums and audio equipment.Usually, I would be disappointed in some of the associates as I would never be able to have a deep fruitful conversation about drums and drum equipment.This time around though, there was an associate (Donny) who was able to walk me through a difficult and expensive decision. His expertise and knowledge in drums allowed me to finally make the purchase I’ve been wanting and also understand that I’m making the right choice. Glad to see they have more drum-minded people behind the desk now who have an understanding of the equipment and especially can talk in drum lingo

No way to get in touch with a human. On their website, there is nothing but a constant loop from one useless page to another when you are trying to locate your tickets. Do yourself a favor, skip any event where you have to purchase tickets through Eventbrite. In all likelihood, you won't be able to enjoy the event anyway, and if you don't send Eventbrite any money, you'll be richer for it. If your are a show producer, do yourself a favor and find another ticket service. You risk losing customers otherwise.

My parnter as been told by her local doctors that she can have weight loss surgery she tryed diets of all kinds and havent worked shes been to gyms n that hasnt worked she went to doctors on monday and while she was there the doctor says if he can see she needs it and she meets the creterior and he said i will speak to another doctor and ring back at dinner tome the same day but that didnt happen next day still no phone call so she phoned them this morning o they said i will get him to ring you at dinner that didnt happen either 430pm he rings and says she does not meet the creitior but two days ago she did so she says what do i have to do put another 8 stone on and be tiddled in dietbeatis before you will do anything i thought the nhs was to stop things like this from happening shes been asking for nearly six years and they keep putting it of surely something has to be done

The band that was advertised for the night we went wasn't the band that was playing. It was a different local band with the same name. Somehow in your search algorithm both of the bands shows were incorrectly listed under one band. We wanted to see Nothing (a shoegaze, slow core band from Philly) and instead had to sit through two underwhelming opening acts before we realized we were seeing The Nothing. A local Cincinnati rock band. Luckily the tickets were only $8 so I'm only out of pocket for two of those plus service fees, not a big deal. However, could you please fix this? I love the app and don't ever want an experience like this again.

I have always trusted Apple for its quality products, but after my recent experience with their customer service, I’m beyond disappointed. Over the course of multiple interactions, I was kept on hold and in chat sessions for over 2 hours each time, only to be misled and left without a solution.Apple representatives repeatedly assured me that I could pay for my AppleCare+ plan through my mobile carrier bill. Based on their advice, I went through the hassle of visiting my carrier, spent time and money, only to discover that the payment didn’t go through. I called Apple again, wasted another 2 hours, and was again misinformed.Finally, on yet another call, I was told that this method of payment isn’t even possible—contradicting everything I had been told before. To make things worse, Apple changed my AppleCare+ agreement from the U.S. to Austria without my consent, and now refuses to reverse it. Because of that, I’m at risk of losing my AppleCare+ coverage entirely, despite doing everything they instructed.The level of misinformation, wasted time, and refusal to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. Apple promotes itself as a premium brand, but this is not how premium customers should be treated. I expected better.
