Big Company using BS Tactics

I have been using this app for awhile now with no problem,recently I lost my phone and needed to update my cell number. So I was able to verify the first part of my F2 security verified my email and all and they still wanted me to verify a number that I was trying to change*** Then I was told to send in a copy of my ID and holding a paper with a code given from them on it I did all that Then they told me that I have a duplicate account already with the number that I am trying to change to.Bittom line is they Hold your account when the market makes a big drop or Bull Market. I am not even making a withdrawal and the are using BS tactics

The FedEx/FARFETCH delivery process has…

The FedEx/FARFETCH delivery process has so far been a shambles. I requested a revised delivery day that they accepted, but they failed to deliver on that day, despite agreeing to do so. Then they attempted new deliveries on 2 separate days the following week, which I was unavailable for. The delivery app states that the parcel requires a signature, not sure why and I am unable to remove that requirement, although I have been able to do so with previous deliveries from FedEx. I called FedEx to explain my position and I was informed that they could do nothing unless instructed by FARFETCH. I then called customer services in FARFETCH and was subsequently told by them that they could nothing and I needed to speak to FedEx. Totally exasperated.At this point I’m being told by FedEx that the redelivery will attempted soon, but they keep switching the days.And as if that wasn’t bad enough, FedEx lied about access being not available yesterday, by posting a photo of the front of the house which had obviously been taken earlier in the week (the car had returned by then, but was not in the photo). Therefore, nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.After this episode, I’ll think twice before ordering again from FARFETCH.

Horrible experience

Worst experience ever! We purchased a recliner for my disabled mother. She was sleeping in her recliner because it's the only thing comfortable and it's hard to get up so she needed one that raises her up. Do you know we ordered this on the 8th of September and it's the 23rd of September and she still does not have a chair and we still spent $500 for nothing. Basically we got a chair, none of the plug-ins match so we had to return it and they's going to send another one and now it's took almost another whole week just to ship it which the first shipment came in 2 days. You can't tell me that ain't some type of scrutiny there. How can you ship one in 2 days? Because we need a replacement. It's going to take a whole another week. Meanwhile my disabled mother has nowhere to sleep because of Wayfair struggling to fix anything $500 shot to hell and here she still has nowhere to sleep. Don't sound very nice to me it's horrible the way they do the elderly that is just so unacceptable and I've told him this and I've told him this and they still don't hear me. So here I am letting the world know how horrible they are. And I bought everyone's Christmas from here for the last 7 years. My entire family. I'll be double thinking that this time horrible. Horrible people and experience so disrespectful

After two failed attempts to get sizing correct, the wife is over it and shopped somewhere else. Now that we'd like a refund... ghost town! Delayed or no responses for requested return, emails that aren't relevant to our issue just to passify us that suggest reading Teepublic's sizing charts, no response from customer service requests.

You’ll have to change your email address because they come from different sources, so blocking doesn’t help. Even if you request that CareerBuilder does not share your data, your info is already floating around out there.

Customer service & refund policy is a joke!!

Customer service & refund policy is a joke. Ordered MK1 Premium Edition, nothing on their store indicates that the DLC is a staggered launch with dates. I asked for a refund in the price difference between premium and standard. Same response as others, once downloaded and installed no refunds. This is false advertising and in Canada protected by law. They disregard the fact that they can get in trouble under the Consumer Protection Act. As easy as the rep gave me the dates for release, they could update their website with the same info. Horrible service and will be taking this to the CPA for review. One last shady thing is that when you are done the chat it says that you can download the transcript of the conversation, when I clicked on end chat, it didn't allow, therefore hiding their tracks.

I finally gave up on Microsoft's…

I finally gave up on Microsoft's Outlook mail because I can NEVER get in. It keeps saying my account doesn't exist....then when I finally DO get it to recognize me, it says I've been locked out of my account because of "suspicious activity". WHAT suspicious activity? I've not been ON it to do any kind of activity.I've used it as an alternative email for unwanted ads or spam mail but I now use gmail......Google knows how to set up email better. SHAME on you Microsoft for such a LOUSY program!!! I would expect more from you. But, if I have to spend precious time trying to get back into my mail, it's just NOT worth it!!!Go back to the drawing board and create something more user friendly and STOP LOCKING PEOPLE OUT!!!
