Horrible experience

Worst experience ever! We purchased a recliner for my disabled mother. She was sleeping in her recliner because it's the only thing comfortable and it's hard to get up so she needed one that raises her up. Do you know we ordered this on the 8th of September and it's the 23rd of September and she still does not have a chair and we still spent $500 for nothing. Basically we got a chair, none of the plug-ins match so we had to return it and they's going to send another one and now it's took almost another whole week just to ship it which the first shipment came in 2 days. You can't tell me that ain't some type of scrutiny there. How can you ship one in 2 days? Because we need a replacement. It's going to take a whole another week. Meanwhile my disabled mother has nowhere to sleep because of Wayfair struggling to fix anything $500 shot to hell and here she still has nowhere to sleep. Don't sound very nice to me it's horrible the way they do the elderly that is just so unacceptable and I've told him this and I've told him this and they still don't hear me. So here I am letting the world know how horrible they are. And I bought everyone's Christmas from here for the last 7 years. My entire family. I'll be double thinking that this time horrible. Horrible people and experience so disrespectful
