The FedEx/FARFETCH delivery process has so far been a shambles. I requested a revised delivery day that they accepted, but they failed to deliver on that day, despite agreeing to do so. Then they attempted new deliveries on 2 separate days the following week, which I was unavailable for. The delivery app states that the parcel requires a signature, not sure why and I am unable to remove that requirement, although I have been able to do so with previous deliveries from FedEx. I called FedEx to explain my position and I was informed that they could do nothing unless instructed by FARFETCH. I then called customer services in FARFETCH and was subsequently told by them that they could nothing and I needed to speak to FedEx. Totally exasperated.At this point I’m being told by FedEx that the redelivery will attempted soon, but they keep switching the days.And as if that wasn’t bad enough, FedEx lied about access being not available yesterday, by posting a photo of the front of the house which had obviously been taken earlier in the week (the car had returned by then, but was not in the photo). Therefore, nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.After this episode, I’ll think twice before ordering again from FARFETCH.
