Extremely disappointed with flipkart. For consecutive 3 orders i am given wrong items. Flipkart acknowledged all 3 times that its a mistake from seller side and they cant do anything about it other then requesting for refund minus delivery charges. I ended up paying delivery charges 3 times for wrong product. As per flipkart if seller sends the wrong item then seller can issue refund but delivery charges is customer responsibility. In short customer pay for seller mistake and flipkart has no accountability. They are in middle just to get commission. I am very disappointed.
