We have used Lyft in the past and been very happy. But today we tried to get an Lyft in Plymouth, Indiana. At 7 PM it wait and save was 1-24 minutes .30 minutes later it said few seconds more for eight minutes. Cancelled and put in another request. Gave us a driver, Shannon, said would be there in 6 minutes. Looking on app she was going in the opposite direction. I texted her she was going the wrong way shape didn’t answer text or phone call. When she was 20 minutes away. Cancelled and put in over 6 requests, would say we are working on it and kick us off. There were no taxis to get us where we needed to go. At 9:30, a couple saw us sitting in front of the library and drove us to South Bend. We missed our train which was part of a long segment. So it cost us over $4500. on the train trip and over $800. to fly home . My husband is 84 with stage four cancer and couldn’t even get anyone to answer a call or help line. We don’t have the type of money to trust them again
