Terrible customer service, booked a stay which was awful, complained to booking.com as soon as we arrived. Host of the property did nothing to help resolve any issues, was told on the phone by booking.com that they would sort a full refund. Followed it up with them on the Monday and was then told its up to the accommodation provider if we get a refund. Clearly running such a terrible house and not willing to help resolve issues the night of the stay they wouldnt want to refund our stay, and why should they if booking.com dont hold them accountable. Was then told booking.com would over a 20% refund and it would go to my wallet, i requested that the refund go to my bank as i dont plan to use booking.com again and was told dont worry you can withdraw the money from your account. Can i withdraw it? NO. Rang up again and was told i wont be able to withdraw it, given wrong information again. Asked to raise a complaint and heard nothing. Emailed a complaint and had a weird generic response to my email which did not make sense what so ever. Responded saying that i dont think they have read my email and the response looks generic and relates to something totally different. 4 weeks later and still no reply. Am now on hold trying to demand to speak with a manager but not sure i'm going to get anywhere

Philips is selling razors that don't have a power supply. In other words they're selling razors that you can't charge unless you buy one separately. The box doesn't indicate such information.Had no reply after writing several times to their media links on their internet site.

Otto is the worst online shopping I have ever seen. It requires the customer to submit personal information such as ID card or passport before shipping products to you. They said this is because of improving customer systems. But Otto didn't mention this reqiurement when you registered your account and made purchases. This is very private data. After you waited for a week, otto said that they would not deliver the products if you did not give your personal information. Otto also said that they required this for German law. No other German shopping websites have such requirements. It is so confusing. This shopping wasted a lot of my time and expectations. And the customer coupons Otto gave me will not be returned to me if I will not give them my private information. By the way, the customer service is very unfriendly as well. When I mentioned that Amazon Shopping in Germany does not require such private information, she said that you can just go to Amazon to buy, and if you buy on Otto, you have to give us information. The worst shopping experience.

Worst management in this. Recently I have ordered one item but they have delivered wrong item by scratching the price on the product. And again I have ordered one more item by paying online but without delivering they have sent delivered message. So I won't suggest this app. Very very bad management. If I raise any complaints they will take 10-15 days to resolve it and they will take few more days to return money back. I have ordered many things in many apps but here this is really worst. Management is very poor.

I no longer have cable, but do stream CNN on Max. Unlike many other reviewers, I don’t mind CNN in general, but I do object to incompetent pundits on CNN’s political panels during the presidential race. One who adds very little to the panel discussions and frankly seems out of her depth is Abby Phillips. She seems to talk to be noticed, and I find myself muting the show or switching to another program when she starts talking. I can ignore her daily hour-long prime time show, but not her presence on the panels. During this crucial time in politics, I wish they would instead bring in Malika Henderson, Laura Coates, or Manu Raju. This way they would still have diverse perspectives but with valuable input. I would also like to see frustratingly one-sided pundits like Kate Beningfield, Karen Finney, and Bakari Sellers off the panels as well. But, of course, why would CNN care about my opinion anyway!

This is my feedback review telling Spotify why I cancelled my premium subscription. " I feel very displeased how Spotify has a current promotion offering Premium free for three months for new premium users. I have been a constant monthly paying member since 10th July 2017, paying a total of $524.65 NZD. With no utter regards or insensitive that have been offered to my subscription over the 3 years I believe that is very inequitable to long term users like myself. Because of that reason alone it has come to my decision that I've had enough of Spotify negligence and cancelled my premium plan." If anyone feels the same, make sure big companies understand why they are losing long term customers, by speaking out against these autocrats.

The app glitches constantly. It auto refreshes any playlist of length so that it constantly loses its place.I've been retrying to make playlists from my main playlist but it's impossible as the app loses its place on the playlist after adding each song. I've spent days with their customer service and the only advice so far is to stick to tiny playlists of less than a hundred songs or so each. Basically stating that their app is useless and not fit for purpose.It took about 5 hours on their message service for them to even understand the issue, and that's with them having a screenrecord (video) of it from me!The latest thing from them was to state "we can't confirm whether or when your concern will be addressed".So they may not even BOTHER to look at it.Worst customer services I've ever encountered. The ethics of Spotify and its CEO are atrocious. I've only stayed with them because I'm disabled and didn't want to spend moths setting up playlists again elsewhere.But if they can't even get their app to work Basically, then they've lost their only selling point

Songkick is the best app I own!!! Not only do I receive regular updates on when artists I follow are touring (even before I receive emails from the artist subscriptions I follow), but I have also ordered tickets direct from songkick when I couldn't manage to get them anywhere else. Purchasing tickets through the app was really easy and they were delivered very quickly. Couldn't recommend this app highly enough for anyone who loves live shows and wants to keep up to date with all their favourite artists (I've found even the most obscure on this app)! Great work from the songkick team, please keep it up!

Bought a Z Fold 5 from the Samsung site (in Romania). They did not allocate the 10% Reward Points that they promised and indicated in Terms and Conditions. So I raised a ticket to Samsung Support. It is then that I realized what a complete DISASTER their support in Romania really is. You are really wasting your time with them, you will never get your issues resolved. Never buy from Samsung directly. If you really want a Samsung product, try another retailer that has proper support.

Be aware before you use this company, they are dishonest and charge you money for service that never took place!We got charged 109 USD for a ride that never happened, we have evidence (Photos and Chat at time of occurrence) which we provided the company. First, they claimed to refund the money and now, 7 months later, still fighting for our refund. Where I come from, we call this stealing! It's an absolute rubbish company and the worst customer service, not helpful at all. Every respond is from a different customer representative, and half of the time you get the feeling they haven't even looked at the previous correspondence. If you don't want to get charged for services that never happened, do not use lyft!

I had an issue with a wire transfer. The transfer was returned do to name verification error even though I made a prior successful wire transfer. I then requested to increase my limits since I am consistently stopped from trading due to reaching my spending limit several times. The support agent was very nice but could only advise on the process and stated that there is no way to initiate a limit increase since it is done automatically based on usage and "other" factors. I find this method inconsistent and obscure. I have spoken with several people also on Coinbase who have traded less then I have and have had a limit increase. This system does not make sense and is counter productive. There should be a mechanism in place for the client to initiate or request a limit increse. Your clients should not have to "wait" for the system to initiate your limit increase which is obviously inconsistent at best. I hope you are looking into alternative methods and ways to complete this process as the current system is broken.
