Be aware before you use this company, they are dishonest and charge you money for service that never took place!We got charged 109 USD for a ride that never happened, we have evidence (Photos and Chat at time of occurrence) which we provided the company. First, they claimed to refund the money and now, 7 months later, still fighting for our refund. Where I come from, we call this stealing! It's an absolute rubbish company and the worst customer service, not helpful at all. Every respond is from a different customer representative, and half of the time you get the feeling they haven't even looked at the previous correspondence. If you don't want to get charged for services that never happened, do not use lyft!
