my wife was flagged an add friend option for myself Andrew Cooper recently but the pho showing was one of me from January 2017 which I want removed from my profile pictures immediately.I have attempted to find the offending picture but have been unable to in order to remove it myself. I also want to know how that picture ended up anywhere in my profile because I have no recollection of putting that particular phot in my profile and as far as I am aware it is in no photo albums on my computer I have attempted to communicate with Facebook about this issue but there is no phone number, no email or no message box available under the help page. We are in the 21s century where communcation is worldwide so it beggars beliefe that there is no way to communicate with Facebook when there is an issue - what are FB using to communicate a paper cup with a piece of string, or better yest smoke signals and morsecode via telegraph???????

I ordered shoes on 4/21/24, the money was taken from my account the next day.Tonight it is 5/7/24 and the tracking information online states that the shoes have yet to be picked up by the shipping company.I called customer service (CS) this evening to determine where the shoes might be located and what is preventing their shipment. The CS rep stated that the shoes were in a warehouse in Westhampton, NJ, which is approximately 15-20 from where I live. I asked why they had not been shipped and the CS went into this story, most of which I lost through the heavy Asian accent, but nevertheless, I sensed something was not right. Why would a pair of shoes not be shipped the 20 miles to fulfill the order, if indeed, the shoes were actually at the location the CS stated.I canceled the order and will no longer purchase items from this company online.

We stayed at the Best Western Montreal Hotel Europa in room 608 which was extremely noisy due to the elevators being right behind the wall. All day and night there was a loud humming sound. We complained the very first day and the person at the reception mentioned there were no other rooms available and they would apply a 10% discount for our stay there. We agreed and got some ear plugs. While checking out we saw that the 10% discount was only added to 1 days instead of 2 days. We we asked Phelris at the reception he was very rude and said he wont apply the discount to both days. We asked for the CAA discount which we forget to include while making the reservation and he said the discount is already part of the cost. We said we didnt provide the CAA information so how come it is part of the rate and he said that is how it is. What a rude person. We have stayed at Best Western in the past and this was a terrible and sleepless experience. Very upset about this whole stay.

If I had a penny for every time I read or heard "I'd give minus stars if I could" about Bol.com, I'd be a wealthy person and with kids financially settled for life. We are ashamed to admit we are regular customers of Bol.com, with occasional 4-digit orders. We've had rough patches with Bol.com before. But the las drop was a 3-digit business order (bestelnummer 1329407697, dosiernummer 99386287) of € 627,14. Bol.com delivered a faulty product. They work with low quality sellers like HOWM (Partner van bol.com). Bol.com knowingly sent a doorbell with an existing problem which can be observed in a YouTube video from July 2022 by Jorge Perez titled "Nest Doorbell - Problem mounting, latch stuck, Warranty replaced". We started the return process in March 2023 and it's June 2023 and still nothing. We offered Bol.com varoius options: 1) refund and we order similar product on Bol.com 2) direct replacement with a new product 3) a temporary product (used or new) while the initial product gets repaired. What was Bol.com's answer? "That's not our problem, we have a protocol in place" That's the real face of Bol.com, we as customers are garbage to them, we are here just to be taken advantage of. Glad we have Amazon.nl, MediaMarkt and Coolblue to choose from ;)

I've experienced several issues when purchasing and attempting to transfer crypto to an external wallet. Constantly receives messages " cannot process transaction at this time" customer service claims it's due to automated security measures and there's no time frame or fix smh

But I'm more sorry that will be throwing away everything I purchased for my ROG phone, 3 aero active fan, dock, controller along with my zephyrs g14 laptop and sadly will not be purchasing the new ROG phone 5 after waiting for its release and will not be using ROG laptops or products no more even if it saddens me to say because of this terrible experience and length of time. Still today I have not received any solid answers. To all current ROG asus users don't send your products in to warranty because you won't see it again and future consumers don't waste your time unless you want your products backed up by the worst customer service.

No customers service. Booked a room near JFK and kept getting booking confirmation but with no address except that it is Stream Valley NYC. No number no address. Sent a message to host to find out where exactly in Stream Valley. Drove there hoping by the time I get there I will get a reply! Stream Valley is an area where hundreds of houses. No reply so finally gave up and booked a room in an hotel. Botttom line Give the effing address when booking.
