I used it for my masters research project and paid approx £300 to get target audience. As they highly advertise of being quality and all but to my surprise I paid a huge amount for junk and gibberish. The users in reality wrote “nhdjdjd” kind of replies. I contacted customer service more than twice but they maintained that I didnt set the filters right. In short, they charge you for no service provided. I would advise everyone out there NEVER to waste money on survey monkey paid responses. I am sure their own staff sits down and fills them.———————Reply: The replaced responses were the same. Gibberish and manufactured. It is highly disappointing to see how fake responses are designed on highly priced services. Anyone doing serious research projects should definitely NOT use survey monkey. I have been related to IT industry for nearly 20 years but have not come across such bad service yet.

Brought a present not knowing if the person had the correct bracelet. (they did not) Told the told staff member why and that I may need to bring it back.WORD to the wise don't buy in the sale, you can not get a refund as they tell you this on the receipt which is in the bag.( Who reads the receipt) No staff tell you this and you must read it, and don't bother the H/O customer services as all they do it quote the receipt. Not a good company to purchase from no customer services. wish I had read the reviews before supporting my local shop. Lesson learned never again.

You also didn't an established company that have great customer service (live support the first 30 days or advanced plan) will NOT respond your message on billing. Pro - live chat during first 30 days and advanced plan. Simple interface. Con- - Bugs everywhere. On website. and Landing page > Survey & Quiz > multi image select- As we upgraded within the 30 day trial before we realized there are SO MANY bugs and have'nt heard from the "Technical team". We asked for refund and no reply. We spoke to the live support, who is polite and helpful but they can only "Add notes". Bugs can be responsive, information doesn't save, images don't save. So you thought creating a quiz takes half hour, no it takes days. Follow up - It has bee a week and no responses ever from the billing team and technical team. Again we choose to upgrade within 30 days. and no subscriber. The live support acknowledged our mail was read and can add notes, but no response.

Ok. This is my experience. I went into the IKEA store at Logan to build a cabinet on the computer. This was done ok, but I wanted it delivered and built. They didn't have have all the parts and told me to buy a couple to take home and avoid delay. So I did. Just two, that's ok. The items were delivered at the right date besides two pieces that were incorrect. After the builder (who was amazing) built it, they said two drawer cover parts were too small. So, I sat online (for ages) waiting for someone to talk to about it. After a lengthy process, they agreed to exchange the two pieces via delivery. But this wasnt before asking if I'd prefer to just go in and exchange them. Well, no, because it's 40 minutes away and I paid for delivery. Just deliver the right parts. So, the order was created and they had the nerve to say, you won't need to pay for these since it was our fault, consider it gesture of goodwil. Like excuse me? When they issued me the order after I stopped the chat, I read it and it was incorrect. They were issuing a replacement for exact same parts. Fml. So, I went back onto the chat and did the same process. They then did it correctly. The drivery wasn't coming for a week, but that day came and no one showed up. So, again, I went through the lengthy chat process only to be told they didn't pick it up. Well fk me right. So, I did the online chat again! They issued another order for another week later. I was travelling in the area and thought, maybe should just drop in (the day before delivery) to save the hassle and get them myself, and cancel the delivery. No, they could that, it was too hard. Wow, what a great system. They did say, but if they don't deliver them again, you can come in. Oh yes please! Not now while it's convenient for everyone, after the fact. So, true to their word, the delivery came. I opened it up, and you wouldn't believe it. They gave me the wrong colour. The wrong fkn colour. You can only guess what I need to do now. There is definitely some special people and systems at IKEA.

I’ve experienced the same issues that others are experiencing. Non existent customer service and the threats of non payment with was finally fixed magically after months of complaints. It started so well 3 years ago but now I wish I never left Equid.

Instead of investigating, PayPal permanently blocked my account.In another case, a buyer used the wrong shipping address. I shipped to the address provided by PayPal, exactly as required. The buyer opened a dispute, and again, PayPal froze the money and blocked my access.I’m a private person, not a business. I followed PayPal’s rules. But they didn’t ask questions, didn’t check anything — just shut my account down.No transparency, no support, no protection.They punish users for disputes — even when the user did everything right.Never using PayPal again.

My facebook page was hacked about a year ago and have been unable to recover. Facebook is horrible and I have not been able to stay in touch with my friends no matter how hard I have tried. Facebook seems very easy to be hacked and almost impossible to recover, There is something really wrong with this company, SO SAD
