Do not waste your time on Ipsos!

Utter utter rubbish. They do not even deserve ONE star. I just wasted over 20 minutes on one of their surveys, I matched all their demographics, I did not speed through any of the answers. I gave clear, detailed answers, I watched all the adverts they wanted me to, commented on everything and then, after I pressed finish. The survey magically disappeared and the message that it has been rejected came up. Nice scam you got going there. Get people to answer your surveys and then magically disqualify them after you get all the answers you wanted. I belong to many other survey companies that do not do this. Will never use again. What a rip-off.

Review of hubspot

Forget about this CRM if you are a SaaS or B2B business, and their support sucks

As Hubspot is born out of an inbound marketing tool, EVERYTHING is centred around the contact , which is fine for some, but a disaster for anyone who centres their business around a company that they sell to. Also Hubspot charges you per contact so everything about the tool is designed to suck in as many contacts as they possibly can so they can consequently bill you for them. In addition simple reports such as reoccurring revenue reporting do not exist, even if you purchase their expensive reporting add on (which basically gives you unlimited dashboards but no reports of any value to populate them with). Their customer support are poorly trained and give you conflicting advice, and essentially will just send you links to support centre articles which you have already read at length and that do not provide you with the answer that you are looking for. Their account managers are also very poorly trained in the product, its a bit disheartening when you have to teach your account manager about certain intricacies to do with their product. All in all it seems like Hubspots key focus, as discussed below, is to extract as much money out of you as possible with not much in the way of concern for the customerUpdate- this should give you an indication of Hubspot’s attitude towards its customers, after leaving this review 6 MONTHS ago they respond with THIS!?!?!? “Sorry to hear about your experience with HubSpot. GetYourGuide appears to be only about the bottom line and held onto $50 because I️ booked the wrong date. Promptly within a few hours I️ reached out to reschedule and was told the reservation was cancelled, they were withholding $49.98, and they wouldn’t be able to help me any further.

Aqua Tots - Henderson is Very Unprofessional

Horrible experience. There was a problem with billing that I could not resolve online. I called, and the agent told me the issue was taken care of, but it was not. I called back and they cancelled a scheduled make up class for a session that was already paid for because of this issue. When I requested to speak to a manager, she said the manager was not in and she did not know when the manager would return. I asked to leave a message for the manager and she hung up.They are very unprofessional and the experience is disappointing!

Linkedin has one of the worst customer…

Linkedin has one of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, they restricted my account without giving me the reason why, just the generic response. When I tried to recover my account and ask for the way forward, all they said was ' it's the final decision and we wish you all the best " There was no dialogue really as to fix the problem or at least let me know what I did wrong, I had to struggle for about a month trying to resolve the issue but in end I just wasted my time. No live chat for non premium members, also when you're locked out of your account with a restriction on it, you're unable to log in to even follow up on your case, by the time you wait for a long time, only to get a copy paste reply. They have no regard for their members who is just trying to come up and get a job and build a network.
