I opened a dispute because a package was marked as “delivered” — but there was no signature and no proof of actual delivery. Instead of investigating, PayPal permanently blocked my account.In another case, a buyer used the wrong shipping address. I shipped to the address provided by PayPal, exactly as required. The buyer opened a dispute, and again, PayPal froze the money and blocked my access.I’m a private person, not a business. I followed PayPal’s rules. But they didn’t ask questions, didn’t check anything — just shut my account down.No transparency, no support, no protection.They punish users for disputes — even when the user did everything right.Never using PayPal again.
