product is great, lenovo customer service is the reason for this review's low rating. They literally couldn't care less if they tried, i had to make multiple orders before receiving anything. Multiple orders cancelled for no reason without communication. My amex was charged 5 times for 1 purchase (although the other charges fell off), it just shows they are disorganized and could not care less about your business or providing reasonable service
