RIP OFF CHINA COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

worst ever, never again with Newegg, bought a Braun razor for Newegg, came broken out of the package. Took a week and half to get it to me, then when it came broken, took a week to get back, NoW it take there RMA department 10 days to process, and another week and half to get a new one back. YOU TELL ME ADD THAT UP, THATS 5 WEEKS AND SOME. JUST TOLD THEM TO REFUND ME, I ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE, BE HERE IN 3 DAYS NEW NOT BROKEN. ( newegg has a fake rma department that reject everything, so they don't have to replace the broken merchandise. they try to do it to me, no chance, had TELL a couple of so called supervisor OFF. bottom line this is a rip of CHINA COMPANY!
