Good AfternoonI am just writing to say thank you to Joy Ter Morshuizen the house manager from Pettifor Court in Anstey who over the past few months has shown to be very helpful, up and beyond the call of duty, regarding issues with my mother June Cox from apartment 11, she has gone to the extreme to sort out various problem we have encountered, which as a family we are grateful for and without her help we would have found it very difficult to sort things out. Joy has proven to be a good house manager and a caring person and all of the family would not hesitate to draw on her knowledge and expertise again in the future.Kind RegardsJane Barker ( June`s daughter )
