It was refreshing to be able to talk to someone, whereas too many times , Live Chat is the only option when having technical difficulties.I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Micaella who was completely professional, reassuring , direct, polite and understanding of my situation. It took a bit to get my website back up and running ...while on hold , Micaella jumped in periodically to update me on her progress and to assure me her work was ongoing.Like magic ...she took the necessary steps to get my website back on line. BRAVO...couldn't be happier. Thank you Micaella!

Whilst I found the process of creating a magazine on Flipsnack very good, I cannot say the same for their customer service operators.As I work in an educational establishment, I asked one operator if we were allowed a discount on their Starter pricing package. He said yes and sent me a link for a 30% discount. He explained that the discount was valid for 24 hours.Having had this approved by my line manager, I contacted Flipsnack the next day to commence with the Starter package. I was told that the discount was invalid. (However the 24 hour period had not expired at that time ) The woman I had a conversation with was quite unhelpful. She didn't explain why the discount code was suddenly no longer valid and insisted I was in the wrong. Hence giving Flipsnack 2 stars for customer service.

Excellent and fast customer service response when the order was lost by the shipping service. They initiated an immediate replacement. The quality of these 1/350 scale missile guidance radars (AN/SPG-51B) is just amazing. Much more authentic detail than other aftermarket “upgrade” kits that I purchased elsewhere to replace weapons systems, etc. Simply outstanding in every respect

I have had this nearly a year now.yesterday the tap that fix the brush was falling just off.!Its is broke and the store says that it can not be made only a new complete unit - of cause they were willing to sell with some discount, I could get a new one for 180£.This is just not ok - china junk.

I don't know why I have persevered for so long with this useless service. A coin toss would be more accurate. They can't even get it right for what's happening now. I've deleted the app and am now trying the BBC as I understand they don't use the met office for everyday forecasts instead using MeteoGroup. Time will tell if this is any better.

Absolute shambles! I cannot believe this organisation exists and is operating. The CMS have kept my husband and son apart due to their incompetence, children are suffering because of this s**t show! My husband has to prove his wages even though they have his P60, access to HMRC, payslips and bank statements..... why? Because his ex “thinks” he earns more. And until it’s sorted she won’t allow him to see his son. But there’s no more proof we can give. It’s needs abolishing and restructured putting the child first, and is fair for both mums and dads!

Zillow rental manager steals your Tennant's rent money. They steal the rent money that your tenant pays and you as the landlord never receives it. There's no one available to help with this on Zillow's end because they hire another service to take care of the payment processing. My tenant last paid through the Zillow Rental Manager in Dec of 2023 and I never received the money. One year and a few months later, their system still says it's processing and this money has yet to reach my checking account. After a year of not receiving my money, it's safe to say they have stolen the rent money from the property I am renting out. After this experience, reaching people from Zillow to help, and never receiving my money, I have no idea how they are still in business. The rent started out being a few days late entering my checking account after the tenant paid. The time it took for the rent money to reach my account through Zillow Rental Manager started getting further and further apart. First a few days, then a week, then two weeks, then a couple months. Until one of the times the tenant paid, I never received the money. A year and a half later, still no money. They steal your money and they don't help you get it back. It is also almost impossible to reach anyone to help you and when you do reach someone, they can't actually help you. Beware, this is a scam. Stay away from this payment processing service, they steal your money.

My bank paid my N.T. membership fee in error. With 3 weeks to go until membership expires the N.T are refusing the re-fund. I am now taking legal advice. Beware this is a hard-sell, hide behind the charity badge organisation.No it has not been resolved so BBC Rip Off Britain are investigating and Legal Action through the small claims court has begun. Using the name Trust in your title is misleading. Just look at the volume of other complaints.
