Secondly, stop adding buyer protection fees to my items, that's your issue not mine, thirdly, please tell me how you can provide information to HMRC of the items I have sold, and yet, I have spent over an hour trying to get the same information. Drivers don’t follow instructions on where to deliver. They missed two $16 salads in my delivery. And the restaurant tells you it’s DoorDash fault. DoorDash customer service is useless. I’m our $32 and I’ve given up but will never place an order through them again. Such a run around!

BE AWARE that if you order through them or get something from Dashmart, you cannot return unopened items. You can return them through PC Express, Uber depending on the stores that they are delivering from eg: Metro, Costco, Shoppers, Loblaws etc, but you cannot return anything if it was delivered bye DoorDash!!!

it's absolutely insane that in 2022 there's no e-mail or electronic contact option. Only by PHONECALL. Are we living in the dark ages?I have read on their forum that a customer with a speech impairment was trying to contact them and found no way of doing that.I believe that they know that their customer service is terrible and are making it harder for the clients to reach them by disabling e-mail or chat contact.

Once in IT class I tried using one of the many laptops (all Dell), and the one I got lagged everytime I used the trackpad. The second laptop (experienced in late February) loaded to the login screen and then there was a black screen. Could only see the mouse. Asus is better.

Pity you have to speak to three different parts of Amazon; co.uk .com and finally Amazon pay to try and get money back from an web based company that can't be bothered to clean up the most IMPORTANT detail on its site. There was no friction but it took over 1 hour and ten minutes. I am looking for a CD writer package and spoke to four Amazon people to try and reverse a transaction. The fraudulant company claims it has CD writing capability on its web site but when you download the software can't find it and go on a forum for answers the company (pity I can't name and shame here) says "we don't do that now there are plenty of others that do. Well my opinion is don't claim it on your web site then!!!Glad I bought it via Amazon Pay though as I would have do way of getting the money back from these cowboys

Hi ordered 3books from abe books in August & this month. The 2 books were from naval & press been asking for a refund on them 2 books now for nearly 2 was now still now reply or email .they said it would take 2 working days .refund still not come so they owe me £30.00s the next book I ordered was from s.n books for a leather bound book that cost me £32.00 want refund .they won’t give me one so the three books cost me £62.00 .abe books have not helped me at all so I have lost £62.00 sick of emailing them .so if I was you think before you buy from abebooks really think about it TONY B

Facebook does not care about its users and customers. I recently got my Facebook account disabled due to a hacker somehow linking it to their Instagram account which then got my account suspended/disabled I have been trying for hours and there is absolutely no recourse. Facebook simply does not care. I will never create another Facebook account if I don't get my one recovered.
