Hi ordered 3books from abe books in August & this month. The 2 books were from naval & press been asking for a refund on them 2 books now for nearly 2 was now still now reply or email .they said it would take 2 working days .refund still not come so they owe me £30.00s the next book I ordered was from s.n books for a leather bound book that cost me £32.00 want refund .they won’t give me one so the three books cost me £62.00 .abe books have not helped me at all so I have lost £62.00 sick of emailing them .so if I was you think before you buy from abebooks really think about it TONY B

I purchased online, unfortunalety none of the items fitted. I had to pay 26 euros (!) to return my parcel back to the UK. Online it said free shipping AND RETURN, the Urban Outfitters chatbot is rubbish and doesn't help you with the problems at all. I will never be ordering through Urban Outfitters again!!!

Confused I looked closer and that racial slur is the word AMENYes as if today in the UK, a Christian country the word AMEN is deemed a racial slur by facebook? The Gopro.com website has to be the worst eCommerce experience I have ever gone through. Whoever approved the purchasing and support process needs to be sacked. Have they ever thought about a Mystery shopper test on the website from time to time because this is a common issues that I can see happening to more than just me.I attempted to purchase a Go Pro 9 and when I processed the order I got an error message that just went to another page with the message 'error'. Nothing more. I didn't receive any confirmation email. So I assumed the order didn't go through. When I checked my bank account the money for the Go Pro had been taken out. So no confirmation of the order or any shipping details. I then tried to contact the support on the Go Pro website and what a mess this website and its support system is. I work in digital marketing and web development and to be honest I know sole traders who can give better customer service than this multi office global company. There is basically only one webform for the entire support system and this includes the chat widget that is just using the same form. The chat widget doesn't even work (is anyone checking on these things)???So after sitting in front of my computer waiting for the call back (which they provide a message that I am in a cue and a support team member will contact me in 14 minutes), they never do contact you.When I receive an automated email from support I can see my phone number (that I made sure was correct) is incorrect in the autoreply email. You cannot reply back to the autoreply email as its a noreply email (go figure)???So what a complete debarcle. No product, money taken out of my account and no one can help me because they don't have my correct phone number and I can't email them because the email address is a noreply email address...what a joke.I've lost hours out of my day trying to resolve this and I'm not happy that I should spend this much time trying to order a product online.Still waiting for a reply

This is the second time I'm waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be done by UPS. For the second time they said the parcel could not be delivered at my home, even though I was home waiting. Once again, they dump the parcel at a kiosk far away for where I live (I'm going to use 1 hour back and forth to pick it up). So, stay away from this company. They obviously hate the job they are paid to do.

I have suspended all selling as simple delivery has got 100% of weight and sizes wrong. How does the simple delivery Ai know the final size of package (you know with packaging)? Ebay have reached the point where most customers and employees can see a clear failure in leadership and statergy aka " you dont know what youre doing." I have had enough of the constant tinkering and hoop jumping.
