Review of homeadvisor
This is a fraudulent operation! I booked an appointment for a Handyman. Appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm. I took time off from work and no one showed up. When I called Home Advisor, I was told that a contractor came to my house at 8:30 am and no one was at home. I asked, “ why would they come at 8:30 am when the appointment was at 2:00 pm”? I was then told that the appointment was changed, yet no one bothered to tell me. My niece who was at my home at 8:30 am informed me that no one came at that time. They then charged my bank account for a service that was never done! Don’t waste your time these crooks !!!
Review of fedex
I ordered my kids a trampoline, the first time they tried to deliver it - an adult wasn't home and it required a signature. That wasn't specified when I ordered through Wal-Mart, but I understood that policies are policies and it was an oversight somewhere. I called FedEx and scheduled a delivery between 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. for the next day. They confirmed my cell phone number and was going to provide me text message updates with my shipment. All was well. The next day came and my kids call me in tears that the FedEx people are there, 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, and told them that only one more attempt would be made and they would ship the package back to the sender. Mind you, I was yet to receive a text message. I rushed home from work, mind you this is in the middle of my shift, and luckily caught the driver who unloaded the package. When I inquired about my scheduled delivery time, I was told there was no note of it in the file.

Review of amazon
I’ve been a customer of Amazon.ca and have ordered almost a hundred items from them over the years. A few weeks ago I ordered a Tartan Tape Dispenser from Amazon.ca. When I opened the package the product was completely dusty with a crack at the top. It was DEGUSTING! So I complained with pics, returned it and t ordered another one. Viola! The exact same one was sent to me. Except this time sand was falling off the dispenser onto my desk when I took it out. I chatted with Chnmay in customer service and related the problem and requested to talk to a supervisor. Chinmay refused, said “the decision of the supervisor would be the same as mine.” I asked again, and Chinmay refused again. Chinmay would not let me talk to a supervisor. Chinmay made the decision that I’d just get a refund. So I kept this chat on my computer for anyone interested to read. Amazon.ca let somebody like Chinmay to handle customers’ problems. I used to like Amazon, but now Chinmay made me change my mind.

If I could give a 0 I would.Pros:- Fast shipping- Return policy- Sometimes has items you can't find locallyCons:- Can't physically inspect things before purchase- Sometimes they have trouble finding places- Most products are cheap and/or copy-cats- Lots of reviews are fake making it hard to tell what products are worth the money- You're supporting the monopoly- If you make a legitimate review they will ban you from making reviewsI don't like Amazon. I use it for the things I cannot find elsewhere.

New and updated Outlook is clunky to use nowhere as efficient and clean as the previous version. Emails get missed because of the way the threads are set up despite changing this, draft emails are created spontaneously and sit there until deleted, junk box receives emails that should be going to the Inbox even after I have moved it manually, no refresh button, a sign in box continuously pops up and I need to put my password in, this is so frustrating. The list goes on!

Review of delta
I was 680 MQDs short of attaining Diamond status, so booked a last minute flight on 12/27 to make up the difference. I booked it through the Delta diamond medallion line and explained to them what I wanted to do. Your CSR set the reservation, assuring me that she had it properly set up. On 12/26, when checking in, I realized that she royally messed it up, so spent over an hour on the phone with a redcoat getting it resolved. That redcoat assured me that it was corrected and that she had booked the flight to give me the necessary MQDs to retain diamond status. On 12/28, they asked for volunteers to take a later flight, as they were overbooked. I talked to the red coat and explained that, so long as it didnt affect my MQDs, then I was ok with taking a different flight. She looked at my flight and assured me that I was good. On Friday (my rebooked date), I called after the flight, because it showed me as short and the csr assured me yet again that I had the necessary points from my flight. When I called again on Saturday evening, I was told I did not have the necessary points. I escalated to a supervisor and said I would get a call back. That was 4 days ago. Honestly, this has been a nightmare. I wasted $700 on a flight and countless hours being assured that Delta would do something they have not done. If you cannot back up the word of 2 of your red coats and 3 of your CSRs, then I am obviously flying with the wrong airline. I find that extremely disappointing.
