I'm actually gobsmacked Expedia is still in business their customer service is soooo bad.I contacted them about a safety issue after I war threatened by a staff member at a hotel.. it was plain to see all comms were hand balled to India, a disadvantaged person with no real grasp of the language we were conversing in, and not empowered to help. I've received countless emails that make zero sense, they've taken my money for bookings that didn't exist onsite, incorrect hotel names, and I've been promised hundreds of dollars of credits to 'make up for the inconvenience' none of which have ever showed up.The last straw was them seemingly being hacked (or deliberately passing on details?) by a scam service who had hundreds of their customers on an open email list.I hope they sort themselves out - I swear they were a reputable brand once!In the meantime, do yourself a favour and use booking.com instead :)

I'm not surprised to see others complaining about having to chase to get a refund for returns. I returned items within 5 days of ordering (all documented) and then had to chase them 20 days later when no refund or email concerning it was received. They have said they will now do a manual refund as I had exceeded the 15 day window—a blatant lie. Shocking. Very untrustworthy behaviour from a huge brand.Currently, still optimistic that I will get the refund in 3-5 days but I resent having to chase them and to have to check.

Sh**customer service absolutely the worst .I ordered my kids first pair from their website about month ago maybe they quickly took the money but for them to send your order out takes an eternity I emailed them saying if they could change the size immediately after I made my order and they come up with their lame excuse once the order is made no changes can be made makes no sense whatsoever I never heard of this from any website .I decided to give them a try AGAIN I ordered two pairs from them today makes a week now they immediately take the cash out I emailed them the same instant I made my order because I noticed my apartment number was not included in my order no answer I tried the chat now option and I’m talking to Arlene C I told her about my issue mind you this was like two days later since my previous attempt to email them as well as let her know I never received a confirmation number at all I told her my problem she said I’m sorry once the order is made we can’t do nothing.then she offered I wait an additional 48 hours to contact crocs again and let them know again the same issue I was telling her that they would take care of letting the courier know and update them my apartment number I said okay I will contact you guys again in two days .two days later as in today July 14 I hit the chat now button and I’m talking to a Fredrick John S I let him know my issue that I have yet to receive the email that she promised me with the confirmation/and or tracking number and I don’t have An apartment number for my order he tells me oh your order was shipped already we can’t do nothing for you once you make the order it’s out of my hands you need to contact the courtier and try to let them know the problem your having I told him what the last girl told me he insisted nothing they can do for me that I had to go to the trouble of trying to contact the courier in hopes they can get my order delivered to me I said this is unbelievable I never met such bad service in my life he then proceeded to block me from being able to contact crocs again so decided to write this review to let you know crocs does not care at all they just want your money absolutely disgusting customer service after I receive my baby’s shoes (if I receive them)because now I gotta do all this extra stuff going out my way to hopefully receive a package makes no sense at all to send out a package that had absolutely no apartment number when it’s two different building with many apartments like I said they do not care and absolutely disrespectful people they have working for them that will feed you lies I will never order from crocs in my life and will let everyone know about both horrible experiences I have iv never in my life had a problem with a company usually they are fast to solve the problem not crocs make sure you don’t mess up your order in any way or it’s over for you .I have all the screenshots of both conversations with these people if anyone thinks I’m bs right now .

I ordered 2 items from this company. They sent me a message saying that the items were damaged in transit and would be 2 days late arriving. When the order was delivered only one of the items arrived. I asked where the 2nd item was and received no messages from them. Silence prevails. Won't be using them again.

The "new" zoom has many layers. They no longer sync to my ical. Layers of stuff I don;t need or want and cannot disable. 10% of the time the time I have for the zoom is different than on the calendar list. Last week I had sessions scheduled at 8am 9 am 10am. and they all showed up on the calendar at 8am but the sessions were scheduled at the real times. The meeting recap is always blank. Zoom, can you provide support for me? NO, I am not a big business use. I cannot delete old sessions. This is the 21st century!!! NO SUPPORT.

Our Agency Entropic Digital began to use Webflow at the start of the year, and we have found it to be an incredibly powerful too with a lot of granular control. We love the ability to integrate a lot straight out of the box with things like Spline and User accounts. Though there is not a huge range of plugins, it is a force to be reckoned with. Excited to see the platforms future development!!Pros: Clean interface, granular control, regular updates, great learning resources with a tidy interface for them (though some are out of date now), great integration of basic functionality needed for more complex websites to a point. Cons: The pricing and understanding the right plan could be rather confusing for some, with expensive hosting. The lack of plugins may be an issue for some. Lacks some features that are common on other platforms. Learning curve is high for beginners.
