DO NOT TRUST UNIQLO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURNS

I'm not surprised to see others complaining about having to chase to get a refund for returns. I returned items within 5 days of ordering (all documented) and then had to chase them 20 days later when no refund or email concerning it was received. They have said they will now do a manual refund as I had exceeded the 15 day window—a blatant lie. Shocking. Very untrustworthy behaviour from a huge brand.Currently, still optimistic that I will get the refund in 3-5 days but I resent having to chase them and to have to check.
