My account has fully been verified for over a year but still, they do not let me add or transfer money to my account, The support team has been making me wait for an entire month now, and each time I reach out to them they say wait another few days. Well, it has been over a month, and they are still saying we don't have any updates and say maybe they will in a few days... This is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable! I wen't through all verification processes and provided everything. likely they are just stealing my data and will sell it to someone else.Case ID: 106753015

There are sellers on the site that don't actually sell books. They list millions of books in "NEW" condition for a reasonable price. They locate a cheaper used copy of your book from some other seller, who ships it to you (minus the invoice of course) and they keep the difference $$$. Good luck on it being in the condition you paid for. I can easily find cheap used copies of books on my own…I don’t need to pay a finder’s fee to a ‘middle man’.*UPDATE 5-6-24*: Customer Service advised they will refund my money and investigate the seller. If they could actually purge the dishonest sellers, this would be a great site like it used to be.

Having talked on the phone with two of their representatives, I had an appointment/invitation with them for a demo of their software at the 19th of December. They never appeared on webex and never got back to me. Once they sell a software that should not permit such things to happen I informed them by email today that this is insulting so I m sharing my experience.----I add this note at the 28th of December after the reply here from Sarah.Dear Sara I guess your role is to make things nicer but in this case you don't.If instead of thanking me for not publishing, the emails including the names of your employees, the screenshots and my email sent to the main email of your company informing you about it then things are even worse than I thoughtThe gentleman sent me a very sympathetic letter and apologized after my publicity and you still question my review ? I was about to change the rating after his apology but after your reply the rating must remain the same.

I accidentally placed an order and had been struggling to cancel it for days. 3 days later I decided to talk to the digital assistant chat room and they said it couldn’t get canceled anymore once its prepared for shipment. I emailed multiple times but the emails didn’t even send. I wish I could give victoria secret 5 stars for the products and 0 for the custom service.
