UPDATE:Once i got in touch with customer services they were very helpful and provided the information i needed o otry to get this right. I've not given 5 stars as i find some of the processed quite confusing and not very clear. but i am much more happy with the service they provide. ---At first I was impressed with the features, fair play. But then I scheduled a campaign to send at a specific time and the result was that emails were sent over 2 hours late. Why have a scheduler if you don't send at the right time?! It's very, very basic and essential to be able to send at a specific time. Not doing so is damaging my open, click and conversion rates which is not acceptable. And as other users experienced support does not reply after sending messages. Not impressed.

I watched first episode of Pursuit of Love BBC One, it was terrible, totally miscast in almost every case. Linda not good looking enough, Fanny too pretty, Uncle Matthew not funny at all and his wife too young. Emily Mortimer was the only one well cast as the Bolter. Frederick Fox was a disaster, the other young children invisible, Merlin well cast by excellent actor but maybe too young.it was awful and I will not watch again and this not because of modern music etc or hint at relationship between two main girls

Nest's tech support is useless. Foreign agents that barely speak English. Clueless about Nest products. They just ask you to turn your device on and off, turn your phone on and off, etc. They're the kind that are only qualified to help people who don't know how to plug something into an electrical outlet. If you know how to plug in a device and have a real issue, you're out of luck. Of course I only contacted their tech support because--wait for it--there are lots of glitches in their products.

Finding fonts was good, but I still can't access my account. The authentication method of sending a message to my email inbox does not seem to work. I've tried to log in several times and I get a message that says "Check your inbox." I have yet to receive that confirmation email.

Triple A Nebraska. My son's car needed assistance in Waterloo Nebraska when it slid off the road. The tow company they used said they were in the process of eating pizza and they actually said "there is no way we will fu$%^#$ go there to help" - and that triple a had told them they would not pay for the assistance. Mind you, this was the company the triple a rep forwarded to my son. He was able to get help from another company. I will cancel my membership as soon as possible...what a waste of money.

30 mins on chat waiting for a simple response, When I can see in the background coding that the person is multi chatting. When asked this they made up a lie. I bought the laptop and the next day they sent a email for the same product discounted. They didnt want to give me the deal. So waited 30 mins while they where chatting with other online people. Asher, wouldnt give more details about themselve to forward the complaint. This company needs to learn basic customer service. Will not do business with them again, first time burnt, never again. If this is a taste of customer support, hate to see if you have a warranty issue.

Am I the only one that gets an email in the morning stating that my package is out for delivery, then two hours later I get another email stating I won't get my package for another 2-3 days??? This has happened 3 times in the past two weeks. It's bad enough that Amazon seems to have become a dumping ground for companies to get rid of their defective and inferior products but now their delivery and customer service is headed down the drain also.
