Nest's tech support is useless. Foreign agents that barely speak English. Clueless about Nest products. They just ask you to turn your device on and off, turn your phone on and off, etc. They're the kind that are only qualified to help people who don't know how to plug something into an electrical outlet. If you know how to plug in a device and have a real issue, you're out of luck. Of course I only contacted their tech support because--wait for it--there are lots of glitches in their products.
