For some reason, it downright refuses to tell you the right answer when you get a problem completely wrong. Mind you I cannot retattempt these problems and once they are wrong I don't get another similar one. It is quite possibly the worst experience you can have as a math student and it will leave you utterly confused with no direction after using this application to do homework you will know less than before.

We booked an appartment in Hue (Vietnam), were charged the full amount, but did not receive any instructions for check-in from the host. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the host, we tried to seek help from vrbo. The support line consisted of a chat with an AI who asked me to contact the host. A true catch 22 situation. There is no local support line and you are left alone. At the end we had to find another accommodation on a peak holiday weekend in Vietnam. The money is lost. VRBO NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I purchased a LG over the range microwave and hood from Home Depot. A contractor installed it (at my expense) and it didn't work. I called LG and they sent a repair man. Could not be fixed on site. I said at the time I did not want it repaired, I wanted a refund. Apparently, that's not the LG way. Of course I only found this out after 3 calls. The repaired unit is ready to be re-installed at my expense! I contacted LG and said I expected that they would pay for the re-installation. No. I asked to speak to a supervisor. "One will get back to me that day". Two days later - nothing. This is not how a company of this size should act.

I have worked with Ikea Lichtenberg in Berlin on my kitchen planning (which is a very expensive purchase as everyone knows) and on the day of the building it was found out that they had sent a white cabinet for a fully black kitchen. I was told on the day of the building that I either had to wait an indefinite amount of time for the black cabinet to be delivered, leaving me in a ridiculous situation without a fully built kitchen or I could keep the white one and ask for a 15% refund on the whole kitchen order to Ikea. Since the cabinet was inside anyways, I decided to accept and ask for the refund.On the phone I was told that I couldn't receive any refund because in the original order (made by the kitchen planner, not by me) there were 4 door joints missing that Ikea did not make me pay for. Since I had not noticed those small parts were missing in a FULL KITCHEN ORDER, I was blamed. The cabinet and the joints sort of had the same price, so in their eyes the fact that I was given a white cabinet instead of a black one for a 4000 euros kitchen apparently had no importance.They might do in price, but 4 door joints and a CABINET do not have the same value. It is not the same thing. Not to mention that I was told a straight out lie about the 15% discount that also contributed to my decision to keep the white cabinet in the first place. On the phone I was treated like an hysteric by the Ikea Lichtenberg customer service for trying to point it out.This is not the way you treat a client. I feel fooled as a client that had always trusted Ikea for its professionalism. (The builders were lovely and very professional though)

It sucks! Paying $90 a month to stream Hulu and its constantly pausing or throwing me off...verses streaming Netflix for $20 a month no commercials and not getting paused or kicked off. I'm watching the same show on both! Netflix is so much better and cheaper!
