Unfortunately there's no review lower than 1 star.My friend and i book a hotel with two singles beds in Tokyo, and pay more for this service. When we arrive on the hotel, there was only one double bed on the room. The booking.com send a email saying that was optional to have two single beds. But when you book the hotel you can choose wich one do you want, and pay more for this servise. But in the end we didnt get, we left the hotel and book on "AIRBNB" with a service 100 times better. Please everyone, avoid booking.com, they are a bunch of liars. They will make you cross the world and let you sort yourself alone. Once you pay, they will let you on hold for over an hour, until you give up.

It is my second review about this Brand! I live abroad and sometimes I have defected items! And I had with Adidas too for sure! I asked for help in customer service ( I read all previous reviews for sure here) But they are really not absolutely client oriented! So dissapointing with such a huge Brand! I can compare with Nike where you can just solve your problem in 10 minuts thanks to their live chat! SO I advice you to choose other brands if you can because when you will have problem they leave you and dissapoint you!!! Very greedy company

How on earth Tesco can offer this on contract with a straight face is beyond me. It's an utter piece of garbage. Randomly freezes, will vibrate when a calls incoming, but no option to answer the call shows on screen. Loading any app on the page is hit and miss, sometimes it pops up, sometimes the phone restarts itself. Seriously you'd be better buying a Samsung from 2002, same performance level as this Nokia but more reliable. Really not surprised they're facing bankruptcy.

Uninstalled and replaced because after buying anti virus software rom them I had constant renewal warnings popping up.When uninstalling I took the time to explain this in their survey.A week on and they have taken £69.99 for auto renewal!I have arranged for refund but a. I never subscribed to auto renewal (3 x normal price) and b. The product was a big disappointment. Avoid.

I signed up for Adobe’s free trial, which unexpectedly routed me through GoDaddy — and I spent hours just trying to cancel that account. During the trial, I uploaded my father’s book (already a finished PDF) just to test the features. Then I cancelled my free trial, and soon realized I no longer had access to my own original files — not only the ones I uploaded, but even other PDF files on my computer that hadn’t been downloaded via Adobe.I even used unlockers — but nothing worked. Adobe had hijacked my work.I’m a writer, and this has put me at risk of losing entire books and years of effort. Adobe has no clear warnings about this lock-in, and offers no grace or access once the trial ends.Their behavior is manipulative, unethical, and deserves more serious attention. I see they already have a 1.3 rating here on Trustpilot. I strongly urge others to report this higher up in the consumer protection hierarchy.Don’t trust them with your work.

Like other people I have been threatened by Pair Finance demanding payment for a website that was long forgotten. They do not listen to any replies to their emails. The situation is covered by the Unfair Contract Terms guidance, that can be downloaded from the Competition and Markets Authority Website. This is an implementation of EU directive 93/13/ECC, which obviously apples in Germany. It's incredible that an apparently bona-fide company should use such apalling tactics, but obviously they should be avoided at all costs.

Absolute shambles of a company, sent me totally the wrong item which had the correct label but something completely different inside, when I complained they said there was not enough evidence to refund me 😂 luckily it wasn't that expensive. I had a very upset boy. Customer service is abysmal, Avoid this company like the plague.

Arrived home from purchasing a car at a dealer, locked it and was unable to reopen it with the key I was given. AAA customer service from the answer team to tech, was excellent. Gave me options and information. Opened it with determination and skill. Very pleased. My membership is money well spent.

I have been a AAA member for the last 8 years and yesterday I needed a jump. Steve f showed up at my house jumped my car and when I inquired about the life of my battery he told me it was running at 30% . He emphasized that it was only charging 30% out of 100% saying that maybe my car wouldn't start tomorrow or the next time I turned it off that it was only a matter of time and suggested I get a new one through AAA at the cost of $218. He said he could install it right then .I politely declined saying if anything happens I'll take it to my mechanic. When he left I drove right down the street to AutoZone. A woman came out from AutoZone, helped me remove my battery and then charged it in the store at no cost to me. It took about an hour. She returned the battery and told me everything was fine with it and it was perfect. Please be careful not to get scammed by them. They have some really great roadside assistance services but this is not one of them. The experience was extremely disappointing.

I had the best experience using AAA yesterday on Easter Sunday Ron and sons towing treated me so wonderful .. I was super nervous by myself stuck on the side of the road they were so nice and helpful they came so fast and were concerned for me it was my first time using triple A and I was so pleased

Honestly the easiest piece of software to use. I use on a daily basis as there is software I am compelled to use that does not run on my mac and parallels fires up a fast windows 10 setup in seconds. As a non tech guy was daunted by having to set this up but the process is amazingly straightforward.

Refusal to delete / amend film and personal information on their website despite being able to provide signed contracts etc. Even though, they allow anyone to edit information to your page without proof. I'm surprised they are still able to get away with this. Staff are condescending and rude. Avoid at all cost!
