I purchased a LG over the range microwave and hood from Home Depot. A contractor installed it (at my expense) and it didn't work. I called LG and they sent a repair man. Could not be fixed on site. I said at the time I did not want it repaired, I wanted a refund. Apparently, that's not the LG way. Of course I only found this out after 3 calls. The repaired unit is ready to be re-installed at my expense! I contacted LG and said I expected that they would pay for the re-installation. No. I asked to speak to a supervisor. "One will get back to me that day". Two days later - nothing. This is not how a company of this size should act.
