Like other people I have been threatened by Pair Finance demanding payment for a website that was long forgotten. They do not listen to any replies to their emails. The situation is covered by the Unfair Contract Terms guidance, that can be downloaded from the Competition and Markets Authority Website. This is an implementation of EU directive 93/13/ECC, which obviously apples in Germany. It's incredible that an apparently bona-fide company should use such apalling tactics, but obviously they should be avoided at all costs.
