Unfortunately there's no review lower than 1 star.My friend and i book a hotel with two singles beds in Tokyo, and pay more for this service. When we arrive on the hotel, there was only one double bed on the room. The booking.com send a email saying that was optional to have two single beds. But when you book the hotel you can choose wich one do you want, and pay more for this servise. But in the end we didnt get, we left the hotel and book on "AIRBNB" with a service 100 times better. Please everyone, avoid booking.com, they are a bunch of liars. They will make you cross the world and let you sort yourself alone. Once you pay, they will let you on hold for over an hour, until you give up.
