Warranty is mot guaranteed…

We had a fujitsu mini split converter fail after 4 years, but it has a five year warranty; however, the way it works is that they shop it to their local contractors who apparently are free to reject the work. Thus we are stuck with a ac unit that doesnt work in the hotest time ever!

I hereby want to make a complaint that happened on Sunday 9/22/24at 8:30 Pm where I called AAA for roadside assistance for my husband... the car's tires were blown out in the enterprice rent car parking lot in the Hollywood Florida airport. when I talk to an agent she tells me I have to wait 1 to 2 hours to the Tow truck, after two hours I call at 10:30pm and they tell me that Cristian is going to pick him up in half an hour ok perfect I decided to wait until 11:30 pm and nothing the same answer, the hours go by and nothing at all, it's 12:00am and they tell me that there is no tow truck to pick up the Car, I got worried my husband without drinking water or going to the bathroom or eating... so we decided I left request open and we called about 10 offices supposedly 24 hours a day and nothing and the craziest thing is that the Tow truck Company was asking 340.00 dollars to pickup car , I said we don't have that amount of money... that's why we have AAA 12:00am and my husband is still there and he stay there all night from 8:30am Sunday until next day 12:50 PM in a dark parking lot without water without food without going to the bathroom that is not acceptable and hours still go by without me sleeping and worried, you would say why my husband didn't take a Uber and go home... the security and Police told him if he leaves the car here, the tow truck will take it, there is sign that if you leave you car parking lot Tow truck will take it and he will pay more money around 400 dollars or more. So I called AAA again, their agents, none of them help me at all they even care about the situation They didn't help or did they feel sorry for him, 17 hours waiting for a tow truck, that's wrong, you should be in our shoes and be there, that's not right and my husband is still waiting for the tow truck and nothing... I called and spoke with a Supervisor Maomi I don’t know if i spelled correctly but you can find all the calls and conversations with my AAA Card Number System, and she didn't care about the situation, supposedly she was writing the complaint and she didn't even tell me that she will escalated. Almost finish talking to Maomi supervisor told me that they will be there in 30 minutes and that was around 9:30 am never happened the Tow truck arrived at 12:50 pm on Monday September 23 even that they charge him 77.00 dollars because the distance so I call again AAA I spoke with Maomi Supervisor and she said I can’t do nothing about that the only thing that she can do is give to my husband a credit for next year to pay AAA I said to her that’s all you can do even that my husband spend 2 days waiting for tow truck and Maomi said yes that is only I can do with strong voice that cannot be forgiven and I want someone to Please help me because this has to stop, thank God that nothing serious happened to my husband, he just has a double stomach ache and to top it all my husband suffers from two ruptured discs and sitting in the car sleeping very uncomfortable. Finally my husband came home tired, dehydrated, hungry. So I decided to write letter and call corporate I spoke to Jessica very friendly and patience with me she help me to escalate my concerns and complaints.. I can’t believe that all the agents that I spoke to no one help me at all I really don’t want them to loose their jobs but they need more training how to treat customers. I hope that this letter works so nobody have this situation that we have. I receive a call from Luis Diaz Service Monitor very nice person I explain to Mr Luis that all situation and Mr Luis understand Mrs Luis apologized about what happened to my husband, Mr Luis said that he takes things seriously and told me that he is going to take action so that it does not happen again.even he ask how your husband doing and if we are and this situation again to call him or email him no only that he give me next year credit membership.

Return visit a disappointment

Ate in at Plantation Restaurant Warbreck garden centre and saw it had a new menu. Wanted a small breakfast but no longer on menu which was disappointing. I got the full breakfast which had 2 eggs 2 sausage 2 bacon black pudding and halloumi! Wanted baked beans which cost us an extra £2 each which was extortionate. Food was excellent but I couldn’t eat it all. Halloumi was totally unnecessary and didn’t add anything extra to the meal. Unfortunately will not be eating there again.. menu prices have increased a lot and no longer have sandwiches on menu.kids menu £7 now too. Our breakfast with tea and coffee cost over £30!!!!

National trust polices in breech of the law

National trust polices state in many cases they are no fly zones even if they are not genuinely in a no fly zone. This is not accurate and should be corrected immediately they are misleading and in breach of the LAW!!Trust should be prosecuted for not following the LAW to make matters worse they wanted to charge the photographer money to do it! You are a shambles and should be ashamed of yourselves

They cancelled our reservation!

We made reservations through VRBO in March to visit Club Wyndham in Flagstaff Arizona in July. No problem making the reservation and paying for it but then on June 10 we received an email that our reservation has been cancelled! We didn't cancel it. Either Live Suite or Wyndham did. We learned to never to do business with Live Suite either. Meanwhile we would call VRBO and they would tell us that we still had the reservation! We couldn't get a straight answer from anyone and you can't even talk with anyone at Live Suite - it's all texts. We really felt like we were being scammed. Finally 2 days later we were reimbursed part of our money. Still waiting for reimbursement from VRBO. They told us they overbooked! What? They didn't know this in March? So they held our money for 3 months. We will never go through VRBO again. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Terminated without Notice and didn't give the Payout

If I can give zero, I would. The worst possible scenario to happen with any business owners is to get terminated without any notice. Locked out of your store, no possible way to get your customer details, no refund for all yearly subscription, not paid your payout even contacting them for almost a month - and in the end, they cannot disclose why they have terminated you! Good thing the last product I sold was shipped by my supplier to the customer - but the money the customers paid... nadah! I didn't get it. With all the money I wasted with the shop, setting it up, now even the payout!!! You should be shut down. This is not how you do business. You should discuss the violation the business owner did and give them time to justify - you don't just shut down a business then replied after 10 days that you cannot disclose why they were shutdown!! SMEs are not earning as much money as big companies. You should think of the investment they did to make it work - and you should pay the money that belongs to them! The money the customer pays are for the business owners, not yours! We paid the suppliers already, the customers receive their products - you should give our money back! This is really not how you do business! For everyone, think first before you build your empire; otherwise, in one click, they can just crush it and there is nothing you can do, because you will be stuck with a customer service who will tell you "we have no access why you were shut down, but let me escalate it" and that's it.... weeks after, you are still waiting for that response they promise they would. A horrible horrible experience!
