I hereby want to make a complaint that happened on Sunday 9/22/24at 8:30 Pm where I called AAA for roadside assistance for my husband... the car's tires were blown out in the enterprice rent car parking lot in the Hollywood Florida airport. when I talk to an agent she tells me I have to wait 1 to 2 hours to the Tow truck, after two hours I call at 10:30pm and they tell me that Cristian is going to pick him up in half an hour ok perfect I decided to wait until 11:30 pm and nothing the same answer, the hours go by and nothing at all, it's 12:00am and they tell me that there is no tow truck to pick up the Car, I got worried my husband without drinking water or going to the bathroom or eating... so we decided I left request open and we called about 10 offices supposedly 24 hours a day and nothing and the craziest thing is that the Tow truck Company was asking 340.00 dollars to pickup car , I said we don't have that amount of money... that's why we have AAA 12:00am and my husband is still there and he stay there all night from 8:30am Sunday until next day 12:50 PM in a dark parking lot without water without food without going to the bathroom that is not acceptable and hours still go by without me sleeping and worried, you would say why my husband didn't take a Uber and go home... the security and Police told him if he leaves the car here, the tow truck will take it, there is sign that if you leave you car parking lot Tow truck will take it and he will pay more money around 400 dollars or more. So I called AAA again, their agents, none of them help me at all they even care about the situation They didn't help or did they feel sorry for him, 17 hours waiting for a tow truck, that's wrong, you should be in our shoes and be there, that's not right and my husband is still waiting for the tow truck and nothing... I called and spoke with a Supervisor Maomi I don’t know if i spelled correctly but you can find all the calls and conversations with my AAA Card Number System, and she didn't care about the situation, supposedly she was writing the complaint and she didn't even tell me that she will escalated. Almost finish talking to Maomi supervisor told me that they will be there in 30 minutes and that was around 9:30 am never happened the Tow truck arrived at 12:50 pm on Monday September 23 even that they charge him 77.00 dollars because the distance so I call again AAA I spoke with Maomi Supervisor and she said I can’t do nothing about that the only thing that she can do is give to my husband a credit for next year to pay AAA I said to her that’s all you can do even that my husband spend 2 days waiting for tow truck and Maomi said yes that is only I can do with strong voice that cannot be forgiven and I want someone to Please help me because this has to stop, thank God that nothing serious happened to my husband, he just has a double stomach ache and to top it all my husband suffers from two ruptured discs and sitting in the car sleeping very uncomfortable. Finally my husband came home tired, dehydrated, hungry. So I decided to write letter and call corporate I spoke to Jessica very friendly and patience with me she help me to escalate my concerns and complaints.. I can’t believe that all the agents that I spoke to no one help me at all I really don’t want them to loose their jobs but they need more training how to treat customers. I hope that this letter works so nobody have this situation that we have. I receive a call from Luis Diaz Service Monitor very nice person I explain to Mr Luis that all situation and Mr Luis understand Mrs Luis apologized about what happened to my husband, Mr Luis said that he takes things seriously and told me that he is going to take action so that it does not happen again.even he ask how your husband doing and if we are and this situation again to call him or email him no only that he give me next year credit membership.
