Exceptionally bad. Ordered item on October 24th by express delivery, £4.95.Hermes lost package (as usual). Contacted Uniqlo a number of times to find out what was happening.Was told I had to wait 7 days for lost item to be logged by them. I asked them to refund postage, and perhaps send replacement item for free, as an apology.On Saturday 31 October they agreed to refund postage. (I had to contact Uniqlo customer service 4 times overall, to get the issue sorted.)Was flabbergasted to eventually receive an email on Tuesday November 3rd, telling me I will receive a replacement item ‘within the next 5 days’. They couldn't even send the replacement by express delivery! They saved £1 by using the standard delivery, £3.95!Uniqlo and Hermes is the worst combination in the retail world of rampant, brazen capitalism.My advice: steer well clear of these disreputable charlatans!All the bestColin

Absolutely hopeless, never buy anything from Amazon India, especially, if you are living abroad, Amazon India swelled it's business and feels they are untouched and undisputed global leaders, recently I placed an order for 2 different items both items are partially delivered and 1 item from each order was missing, repeated request to look into disappeared/missing products fell on deaf ears, I managed to get in touch with MD and apologised and assured me they would look into it and get back to me in 3-5 working days, and 10 days have gone no response no refund, and the person who got in touch from the MD office decided to Hibernate.

AMC regency theaters in Brandon moved the movie time and didn't care that when you arrive you will have to come back later. Apparently 2 pm customers had the start 45 minutes late because of a projector issue so they moved them and gave them free passes. However I get nothing but come back later when I show up for the 3 pm movie. It's the way you treat the CUSTOMERS that matters not the problem you're having. With so many options don't go here the movie might have already started & you have to apply for a refund. Their management doesn't answer the phone or show any empathy after I call 6 times to get them on the phone to express how I felt about standing in at the counter being told come back later lady not even im sorry 🤬

Where to begin: It frequently freezes when attempting to open an email (gasp!), it chokes when sending emails, and is as bloated as Tim Walz’s distended belly. It’s easily the worst email program I’ve ever been forced to use (I obviously use something other when I’m not on the clock). Hey, MS! The world has more than enough clowns. Stop already.

The wrist heart rate monitor on Garmin Instinct watch works very poorly for outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing backcountry skiing. According to my watch I work harder playing a round of golf or sitting at home than climbing 1300 m to a mountain top. The GPS works well.

Ordering process is bad - they sell watches not in stock, with a 2-3 weeks timeframe for delivery. I've ordered a vivomove sport for my daughter. Two weeks down the line I called them to be told it's still 2-3 weeks. We are the 9 of December, so it is really bad. Very disappointing. Will be changing brand.
