Exceptionally bad. Ordered item on October 24th by express delivery, £4.95.Hermes lost package (as usual). Contacted Uniqlo a number of times to find out what was happening.Was told I had to wait 7 days for lost item to be logged by them. I asked them to refund postage, and perhaps send replacement item for free, as an apology.On Saturday 31 October they agreed to refund postage. (I had to contact Uniqlo customer service 4 times overall, to get the issue sorted.)Was flabbergasted to eventually receive an email on Tuesday November 3rd, telling me I will receive a replacement item ‘within the next 5 days’. They couldn't even send the replacement by express delivery! They saved £1 by using the standard delivery, £3.95!Uniqlo and Hermes is the worst combination in the retail world of rampant, brazen capitalism.My advice: steer well clear of these disreputable charlatans!All the bestColin
