Review of nokia

The least helpful customer support service I have ever encountered.

I wanted to set up a Nokia Beacon 1, and after going through most of the setup, in the end I needed to create a Nokia profile. After not receiving the verification email for two different emails (and yes I checked spam/junk and waited more than 30 minutes) I have contacted Nokia's 24/7 Live support which was Tata Consultancy Services. Which basically said that I should contact the shop from where I bought it as they need to solve this issue. So the shop that I bought the device from, should solve Nokia's incapacity to create profiles. Horible. Never again.

Pathetic experience with Flipkart. I returned an watch amount rs 1756 next day the item was delivered. They didn't refund my money.Every day I am sending mail to the customer service but they have not the right answer.I lost my money.Donot buy from Flipkart.Fraud company. DO NOT TRUST AAA! I am a 30+ year AAA member for roadside service as well as I have an active life insurance policy and have had numerous other insurance policies over the years. It’s 01:15 in the morning, I’m driving a new car that I’m not familiar with and ran out of gas. Nearest gas station = 4 mile walk so 8 miles round trip about a 6 hour walk minimum for me, if I could even make it that far, especially carrying a couple gallons of gas. So I call (NOT) good old AAA road service for help. In nut shell, they tell me NOPE, there is nothing we can do for you because my membership has recently lapsed (very recent, like a few weeks). However if you PAY NOW maybe we can get someone to assist you. I ask for a supervisor, 10 minutes later I get the worst excuse of a manager on the phone, a horribly smug man so I proceed to explain my situation and go into a bit more detail for his understanding. I am a recent victim of an identity fraud case so my entire financial portfolio is locked down. For me to access any funds whatsoever I have to go into my bank, where they know me and still prove that it’s me. Well Mr. smug nasty holds his tuff guy position and says too bad for you sir.My point in this is what an awful person they have working in a supervisory role, no compassion, understanding or consideration for the situation at all. Not to mention, I am a former employee of the auto club, there were many occasions and it was even standard practice to make exceptions for AAA members in extenuating circumstances. Not this guy. I will certainly be reevaluating my current and any future business relationships with AAA, because frankly they just don’t care about their members anymore. Sad, very sad.

I subscribed a week ago or so. After reading three issues and reading, I decided it wasn't for me. I went online and completed the document to cancel.Now I just got off the third harrassing phone call from a woman and a phone call from a man. I was very nice on the first call. After the first call I received an email from the first caller saying even though she told me over the phone the order was cancelled, see offered me a resuced price. I said "No" in writing. I now have received two more call from the same lady refusing to cancel the subscription. I hung up and she called again. THIS IS HARRASSMENT. Today I received a phone call from a man, who like the woman is Chinese. Very hard to understand. Again refusing to cancel the subscription. She said we are fighting the CCCP!!! The tactics used are not far from those used by the Central Communist Chinese Party.FOR THE FIFTH TIME, CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.THERE ARE LAWS IN THIS COUNTRT, DIFFERENT THAN CHINA WHICH PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM HARRASSEMENT.Maybe these people have not learned that.PLEASE IMMEDIATLEY AND FORTHWITH CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION. THIS IS UNLAWFUL.FINALLY, CEASE AND DESIST FROM ANY COMMUNICATIONS BY ANY MEANS.Today, August 1, 2023 I am still getting harrashing phone calls from The Epoch Times. HOW DID I GET THEM TO STOP HARRASSING ME?! THIS IS A MOST SERIOUS, AND UNLAWFUL HARRASSEMENT.PLEASE READ ALL THE ATTEMPTS WHICH TOLD THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST ANY AND ALL.CONTACTS.I HAVE BLOCKED THEIR PHONE NUMBERS AND YET THEY USE A DIFFERENT NUMBER FROM WHICH TO CALL.THESE ARE TACTICS WHICH THEY SHOULD SHARE WITH THE CHINESE TO INCREASE THEIR EFFECTIVENESS.THE EPOCH TIMES HAVE1.) So, by your own words YOU DON'T KNOW. This is a common tactic by thode who wish to deny, deflect or obfuscate the truth to avoid stating you don't know or do not wish to admit fault. If what say is true, then your response should state, "Sir, we need to ensure third parties do a better job of responding appropriately to customers". If what you say is true, then the person calling should not say "I'm calling from The Epoch Times". What should be said, "I'm calling from a third party on behalf of The Epoch Times". Again that wasn't done. Lastly the phone number from which the call was made was 833-699-1888. I bet you don't even know that is the phone number of The Epoch Times.Rather than making general statements, I directly provided proof of my position.Guess who these tactics? The party to whom the young said several times, yelling "WE ARE FIGHTING THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY". Well, therefore where there is a fight there is a war. Guess what happens when there is a war, the parties use propogonda to deflect, deny, obfuscate the truth*.All I did is simply respond to an email from The Epoch Times. You have done nothing but harrass, lie,refuse to process my repquest even after she said it will be done.There is a saying, the apple does not fall from the tree.Here is my thought formed simply based upon the abuse, harrassemet. Maybe if you had grown up in China, and left China due to the Commuist Party, do not treat me as a citizen in China would be treated by the CCP. You have lost any respect for The Epoch Times, its standards, employees and tactics. You arr now no better than those you criticize, since the apple does not fall far from the tree.

Misleading pricing listed on plans page.Monthly plans are listed but not actually available, when you get the checkout as it reverts an annual subscription.Contacting support gets you nowhere as they just tell you the pricing page is wrong and that annual payment is the only option.Very poor customer service.

Steal Money, Useless Customer Service

Card not been using forever, they billed another year so we asked to cancel, get the pro rata. They told us the account was locked, started billing multiple £12 fees. We tried to ring for weeks and was hit by long wait times and no answer. Finally the account is unlocked we get the remainder of the fee refunded, but oh look you now need to call again to get it refunded into the account and oh of course more £12 fees... LITERAL THEFT. The points are absolutely worthless by comparison to any decent credit card and the annual fees are ridiculous, customer service gone down hill. The company is just trying to squeeze more and more profit out of a declining customer base, leave the sinking ship.
